Duplex apartments are located in an old house of the 19th century in the barracks of the Life Guards of the Cavalier Guard Regiment, officer corps. Built in 1852 under Nicholas I. It features a living room with TV on the 1st level, as well as an equipped kitchen. The second floor offers a sleeping place with views of the Neva and the city. For the convenience of guests, the apartments have a voice assistant and a subscription to a music service.
