bad communication

It's terrible, it shouldn't be on any platform, a terrible night of dirt and horrible noises because there was no one at the reception to stop this kind of customer behaviour of this Indian cabin. I never imagined such a disaster, in my life he slept in a cloaca unparalleled, a disappointment, I don't understand how booking risks the safety of his customers without controlling these pits.

Everything is more than perfect

We really enjoyed our stay and the attentive and warm welcome of all the staff. The meals were also very good and satisfying. It is true that the hotel is quite retro, in fact, like many places in the city, but everything was clean!

A warm environment

A clean room, a little old-fashioned bathroom but compensated by the kindness of the staff and the boss we were on a pilgrimage and we weren't looking for a great luxury hotel

I don 't understand how the reviews can be good the rooms were dirty (we rented 3 but mine was the worst) the shower had mold on the walls the floor of the whole hotel was glued under our feet my kids and me being allergic to dust we were served the sheets were holed and stained I am very disappointed in this hotel

That's dirty.

The feeling of arrival was terrible. A reception was missing, a very narrow elevator, a smell of spices in the plant where we had the rooms... And the good rooms... the cleaning in the bathroom (and the bathrooms themselves) left much to be desired despite the smell of laundry when they were cleaned. Our room's dressing room was inside the bathroom, very narrow, disorderly and with a small and uncomfortable shower. The old cottages (my chirriaba constantly), the very hard mattresses and everything. The breakfast treatments are quite correct and the personal praises are very pleasant. Anyway, I love the impression that all the hotels around the room sounded the same, if you serve someone, helpful.

An old hotel and something dirty.

A motorcyclist passing through Lourdes, we stopped at this hotel by chance, and we were very lucky because we received a welcome we rarely have! Small family business, we feel comfortable and at home, with a very nice boss and available to give us clues on things to see in Lourdes and the surrounding area, the cook who cooks for herself with fine little dishes despite the very low price of the boarding house... The clean room is bright and comfortable, so an address I recommend to anyone looking for a family atmosphere, without chickens and where you feel good:)

A hotel like this is rare!

excellent value for money hotel which is less than a Km away from basilica. 

Although i hadn't pre-booked  breakfast, my wife's requests for one-off lunch and next day breakfast were granted very kindly and were quite filling. 

Free wifi is really free and was consistent throughout...no capping or tricky restrictions

my room was on 5th floor and luckly lift helped me a lot

last not least, it was really hot and a fan was provided without any requests!!!

my kids were noisy, but there was no fuzz

bath stand shower slightly cramped and shower tap doesnt stand.. but was not much issue for me

It is a two-star hotel (42€ the double) without too many claims with clean rooms although of course a little dated (but with TV). However, the bed I found was comfortable and you slept well. The functional bathroom although without window. In the hotel there is also the wi-fi connection that I could not but try not having brought the computer. Breakfast (5€) is not included in the price. Very positive the fact that, on request, there is free parking. The parking (underground) is 2 minutes walk from the hotel and is indispensable as in the area it is practically impossible to maintain.
