Staffs are friendly and helpful. The 1 bedroom apartments are spacious. Bed is comfortable and toilets are somehow clean but you need to call them to reclean if it is not cleaned properly. Check the toilet bowl.

The kitchen is not fully equiped as listed on the inventory list so you may have to check and call them to provide whatever is missing (plates, saucers, ect).

The kitchen stove can be a disaster depends on which apartment you getting. I had a 4 hot plates stove which only 1 was working and even that took long time to heat. After complaining, I was moved to another apartment with 'induction stove'. That was working fine.

AC in the apartment are not consistent. There are some good ones but some may be warm. Again you have to call them to fix it.

There is a swimming pool, gym and sauna. Be aware that they need at least 45 mins to start up the sauna if you are the first person to use it. They do not switch on all the time (properly to save electricity).

Overall, is a family hotel. Security is good, no loud noises like some other hotels around that neighborhood, and they provide free parking inside the hotel car park. You need that especislly in that area.

Spacious apartments

We stayed here for 06 nights. Apartment is primely located in bur dubai. Rooms are neat & Clean. perfect for families as it has kitchen, Living room & bedroom in every unit, even they have 02 BHK as well for big families. There are vast variety of breakfast including indian dishes. staff are friendly and understands our need perfectly. metro station is hardly 10 mins walk away. Burjuman mall and plenty of dining option are just nearby .

Perfect for families

Good homely people, always ready to assist promptly.Whenever we needed any kind of services whether it be room services , or making of special food for us , without any hesitation they catered to it. Even at times they were willing to make special Jain vegetarian meal.
Within walking distance of Meena Bazar, Gold Shouk, Our Hindu temple , very near to the creek , where in the evening one can go for a walk to the creek & savour- relish the various dishes served by different restaurants along the creek...

Excellent Centrally Located

We recently stayed for 2nights in this hotel to celebrate our Anniversary. It was clean, spacious and comfortable bed. Staff was great. We will certainly stay here again and will recommend to our friends.

Family Trip to Dubai

Recently stayed here for four nights during my trip. The rooms were quite big and spacious. They are clean. Staffs are polite and quite friendly. The location of the hotel is a plus as it is close to Metro, shopping areas and restaurants. The breakfast had good spread and it was neat and tasty. The staffs were quite friendly that they prepared food for just our family though we arrived late. The security personnel were too good.. they helped us to get food in the middle of night from a nearby local Kerala restaurant, which was very tasty. There was a large swimming pool which was maintained fantastically. ..... Overall it was a nice place.... don’t expect five star range of services....but you will not be disappointed. 

Nice stay

Firstly, I booked this hotel (3 nights) because of its proximity to the Al-Seef Meera along Dubai Creek (near the US Consulate) where good restaurants are located and a place for liesure walks.  Also this 'apartelle' is less than 10 minutes quick walk from Bur Juman Mall where there are a lot of good shops, restaurants, grocery, cinema, etc.

Second and more importantly, the Executive room is really big (one bedroom, living room area and kitchen). Space is very important to me and this is one of the few availabilities during this peak season in Dubai. I was not disappointed with the apartment size.

There is also a large pool which is kept clean daily, a restaurant and food room service at specific time of the day (their published food rates are quite cheap). I was given a room at the 3rd floor. On the way to the room thru  a long clean hallway, I noticed there was less lighting.  I suppose that given the age of the apartelle, this is still maintained well but it would certainly need an uplift. The king size bed was firm and comes with very clean sheets.  There are all the items necessary in an apartment including microwave, washing machine, electric range, ref and tv. An ironing board and laundry hanger are also provided. 

I give this facility a 4-star rating because of their very friendly employees (Ms. Ely at the reception, the doorman, the restaurant's breakfast team and the regular Nepali upkeep staff), quiet location and proximity to Dubai Creek and Bur Juman mall.

Taxis are easy to come by infront of the property so if one needs to go to other areas of Dubai, there won't be any problem.  The doorman would willingly help you flag down a cab should you need one.

I would still consider this property in my next visit to the area.
