The first time we visited this hotel was four years ago and the impressions were very positive. So we came back again. It was our mistake. We were originally promised two rooms next to our friends with a common terrace for these two rooms. But it turned out that it was a common terrace for five rooms and more above us. The rooms were not cleaned. The carpet was not changed. The garbage in the bathroom was not removed and we had to apologize for the toilet paper every time we ran to the prescription and ask. And that's precisely given that we only stayed at the hotel tomorrow and night. Poor people who rest there all day. The third time we don 't come back and I don 't recommend anyone.

I wouldn 't recommend it.

I definitely don't recommend this hotel! It all started with the elementary cleanliness in the rooms, the glass wall separating the bed and bathroom was in the divorce, hand prints and it's not clear what (apparently from previous guests)! the friends in the room didn't have a towel. The bathroom lacks disposable shower and shampoo gels, it's not possible to wash normally. The problems continued when we wanted to have dinner, going down to the restaurant refused to serve us on the grounds that they were having a banquet.

I wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel is not bad at all. It's a beautiful area, a restaurant. The rooms are not fresh. The room was cool and the water wasn't hot... but most of all, it was unpleasant that the staff could say, You have dirty towels... what? After three days of use, they should be clean? But most of all, I was surprised that the room was taken on the way out... they read towels, glasses... I'm not in this hotel... and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Not a good vacation.

Thank you for a wonderful holiday in your wonderful, wonderful place! rested with a breastfed baby. We were provided with comfort, coziness and everything necessary for our stay. The rooms are clean, warm, there is hot water, very well-groomed territory, caring staff, hospitable host. We sincerely wish you prosperity and good luck!We will definitely return to you.

Have a great holiday in Transcarpathia.

We've been on vacation for 6 days. Yes, the nature there is just amazing, but in the hotel itself it's just awful!! the heating in the cottage is awful. You had to sleep under two blankets. Three times the light went out, which the administration said you had a lot of appliances on, and it's like without a heater if you're in the cold room... plus the fact that only the cottage room is clean.. the staff was just disrespectful and they just ignored the request to bring their water.

It's a terrible vacation.

Pros: convenient terraces with mountain views, well-kept area, a bungalow, breakfast included in the price (but there is a limit - for 3 people the maximum order amount is 160 UAH), proximity to the market, presence of a buffet with mineral water on the territory, cafes.

This year, as never before, there were so many people. Finding a place to rest was not real, but we were lucky. We found a place in the cottage Oasis Carpathian. Already at home looking at the reviews about this paradise corner, I had the opinion that people who wrote about their complaints and dissatisfactions had written about another place. I don't want to list all the beauty of nature, about a cozy and clean room (all of this can be seen on the website), about pleasant staff (who work like bees), about the hospitality director Stepan Steinovich.

Have a good time.

They took the second floor of one of the cottages. All five days in the cottage were alone, so to assess the full presence of soundproofing, as many wrote, was not possible. The nature around - class. In the courtyard there was a chat room, a creek, a pond, a batut (a special thanks from the child), a lounge, a table for table tennis. In the walk there was the availability of restaurants, bars, ordering excursions across the Transcarpathia.

A week in Transcarpathia

It's a disgusting kitchen, it's deceiving people to say that they cook meat and vegetables on a mangal, the atmosphere is not pleasant, there's no access to the restaurant, 15 minutes on the road is not very good, the service staff are not competent, they can't advise and tell about the company and other dishes, they can't tell without a menu.
