The house is clean and secure, the kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is good, the bed is comfortable... the metro is very close (with direct trains to Pompeii and Herculaneum), a hertz rental station too.

Three beautiful apartments well situated with a stunning view

It's nice, clean, cozy and central, booked a couple of hours before arrival, and you were very pleased, and I highly recommend it to people like me who care about the beauty of things, and there's no shortage of the kindness of the landlord that I think is also essential for a return opportunity.

I compliment myself for choosing this holiday home. Both for the location and for the welcoming of the owner and the cleaning of the rooms. Balcony with stunning views. Advice for those who want to spend the summer and be one of the best areas of Naples!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights at the beginning of October and we found it the perfect base for a cheap city break. There are fantastic transport links to the city and beyond from Mergellina rail station if you don't mind the walk then there are some lovely seaside restaurants and bars by Via Chiaia. The staff were lovely and kept in contact which was nice since there was no formal reception - we were even offered a late check out without asking which was a lovely touch. The room was basic but spacious and had all the necessary facilities and had lots of storage. It was very clean upon arrival.The view across the bay and over to Vesuvius was breathtaking. There was no noise disturbance as the windows were double glazed so we slept well, and there was on-site security which always makes you feel a little safer in a foreign city. If I was to return to Naples I'd absolutely consider staying again.

Fantastic view, well-being equipped and great value for money

Apartment completely new and tastefully renovated, there is Wi-Fi, a double bed and a sofa, cooking corner and bathroom with shower, excellent price (210 € for 3 nights).

New and cheap apartment in Mergellina

I stayed there with my boyfriend in oct/nov 2013. We spent great 7 days.
From the airport there is a bus which cost 4€. We booked big room with balcony on high floor with a great view on Vesuvio. Room has comfy beds and tv. One minute of way there is good pizzeria Leone and in nearly cafe you can buy delicious coffe.
We visited everything what we wanted - communication is very good and quite cheap.

One thing we dislike - last two days we had cold water under shower, but the owner was trying to help us fix it, and it would be great if there will be a kettle in the room :)

Great enjoyable stay

It is a nice, comfortable, clean and equipped with everything necessary for a great living room, with all kinds of accessories in both the kitchen and bathroom, including washing machine and electrical scrubber. Located in a good position, two steps from the metro station and close to the long sea. Our was the smallest monolocal located on the first floor, we regretted not having a balcony, but we already knew that it was only present in the monolocal located on the upper floors. Even the sofa bed is quite comfortable. To recommend to those who prefer the monolo to the simple room, considering also the eight prices. The only thing to do well is about wifi. Unfortunately it never happened, there is a 3g modem of the monolo but it is not possible to use everything in the smartphone line as a result.

Nice one room, spacious, comfortable and well furnished.

I've been wanting to write a review about this apartment for a while but just never got around to it. We stayed here for a week in the end of May 2012. We arrived at the address at around 10 pm after driving cross country from Brindisi with two kids (ages 6 & 3) in the back seat. Many props to Fabio who came out to meet us at this late hour even though he had a newborn at home (hope the family's fine Fabio!).  He was a great help throughout and was available by phone the entire time whenever we needed his help. 

The apartment itself was spacious, bright and very clean, and was equipped with shutters that effectively kept the early morning sun out. The apartment is on the ninth floor, faces east and offers a beautiful view of the Gulf of Naples and Mt Vesuvius. You basically have everything you need. Kitchen, two bathrooms, dining table, dishes, utensils etc. Only drawback with the apartment was the absence of an AC system (This may have changed since) . However, we did have a couple of fans that we could use during the hotter parts of the day. 

As for the location, Mergellina is right by the waterfront and is very well serviced by public transportation. There are plenty of restaurants, pizzerias, gelatterias,bakeries and coffee bars close by the apartment, and five minutes away you have the Mergellina waterfront where they are even more. Also hydrofoils and boats are right there with departures to Capri and Ischia during the summer months. The area is also generally clean and well kept (by Napoli standards) and safe. 

Would definitely recommend this apartment and look forward to staying here again next time I'm in Napoli. 

A Great Apartment in A Great Neighborhood 

The room is nice with a parquet on the ground and a new bathroom, but there are some bugs. I noticed that there is no reception, so I was called in the morning to know what time I was arriving, although I don't think it was specified to warn and it was written that the arrival could happen between 12.30 and 23.30. To know, it wasn't a problem, the fact is that I was called when I was about to leave... I have to say however that the owner proved to be quite available too. I noticed that there is no item door in the doc and that the hot water doesn't stay constant and you can hear quite clearly the noise of the apartment next door (especially if the TV is high).

Comfortable for the American Consulate and nice room, but...

The hotel is located 3 train stations from the central station so super convenient. A view from the 9th floor is not negligible, and therefore a well equipped apartment, at a correct rate in contrast mediocre bed
