Not quite Central location, however a straight forward 10 min walk to the Cathedral Area that leads to the heart of the small City Centre.
Room was clean and very basic. Smart TV was a godsend. Lots of noise from other guests, outside road traffic and neighbours in the appartment block - if you are a light sleeper then look elsewhere.
Bathroom across the hallway was very basic, shower was old and tiles dirty. Towels were not changed in 3 days. Breakfast was nice, however Coffees were cold, no Coffee / Tea facilities in room either. Wouldn't stay again although host was lovely. 

Budget B&B

The decor and room overall were really pleasant. The tv has a Netflix option on which after a rubbish day in the rain was a welcome break and night in! On our last day there was no hot water which was really annoying. The breakfast was a bit disappointing also with little choice and a very small room to eat in. Overall it’s nothing fancy but not bad for the money and central location. 

Ok for b&b nice decor and room, average breakfast 

A very modern and stylish b&b, great service, great vibe and very friendly staff. Clean rooms and bathrooms, brilliant all round. Perfect for a weekend stay. Would definitely return! Takes 15 minutes to get to the heart of Palermo. 

Great little b&b very close to the town centre 

Location is 10 minute walk to the train station and airport bus terminal. 

B&B is on the 3rd floor, with a small, antique but efficient lift. There are 5 rooms – there is no common kitchen/dining room. Breakfast is served in your room.

You are given a bath towel and a hand towel. Towels are changed every 3 days, sheets are changed every 5 days. I know the towels are clean but they are thin and grungy looking.

Missing items in the bathroom made for an inconvenient stay.
I called the owner and I told him what was missing and he said “the bathroom is being renovated so that’s it”. I had to make do because I did not have time to find another place. During my stay, I never met the owner, only the staff Alexandra who cleans the place and prepares/serves the breakfast.
1.	When you enter the room, you will be facing the sink. To the right is the bathroom (door not yet installed), to the left is the bedroom (with door). There are no bar or peg to hang the hand towel. 
2.	There is no toilet paper holder/dispenser. There are no shelf and the only space for it is the small flat area near the bidet tap – but when you use the bidet, the roll gets sprayed with water if you are not careful.
3.	There is no bars or pegs anywhere in the bathroom to hang the bath towel.
4.	Bidet is not securely anchored – it tips forward when you sit on it and wiggle around.
5.	There is no soap dispenser for the bidet.
6.	There is no caddy/shelf in the shower. You have to place the packets of shampoo/shower gel on the shower floor.

A day after, Alexandra asked if I want to move to the other room which I declined - my room has an ensuite bathroom that is why I booked it. The other 4 rooms have external private bathroom, which is even more inconvenient.

Rooms face a busy side street, so street noise (even late at night and early morning).

I noticed that most of guests stay only one night – hence the high rating because they don’t care – they can just throw their towels on the floor – no need to keep it dry to use for 3 days.

I would not recommend this place.

Suggestion:
Stay only if you are staying for one night and need to be close to the train station or airport bus.

If more than one night, I recomment another area. It is not just this B&B, but the area itself (Albergheria, south of Corso Tukory), while fairly safe has not much going for it. This is a residential area, all mid-rise apartments – sidewalks littered with dog poop, owners do not pick up after their dogs. There are a couple of butcher shops – you’ll have no use for those – and a fruit/veg store. There are not much options for eating, except a Pizzeria across the main street. The cafeteria/bars close around 7pm and have only prepared sandwiches of the ham/cheese variety. Anywhere nice to eat will be a 1.5k walk then you have to walk back at night.

If you still want to book here and you think that you require the missing fixtures, book and then send a message to the owner and ask about the status of the missing fixtures. Then you’ll know whether to cancel your booking or not.
