Wanted to say big thank you for the staff. From receptionist to entertainment team, everyone was very nice to us, my 3 year daughter loved it! Perfect location, beautiful views, nice and clean rooms. And as I mentioned people who work there are very friendly and helpful. Also we enjoyed the boat trip, where you can jump out of the boat in the middle of the sea and just swim along the fishes as water is so clear. Lovely spent time, thank you

Perfect place

We are currently staying at the Royal Palm Beach Hotel a gumbet in room 1108 from July 23 to July 31, 2017, what a surprise when we arrived when we saw that the hotel had nothing to do with the ones we had booked, the hotel is very small, there is only one swimming pool while the site offers two, the hotel is not well maintained the very dirty rooms, they only make the beds without changing the sheets or even washing the floor, the repeat food is mostly too salty, there is not much choice apart from the raw materials, the hot ones it is rice, fries, chicken or kefta they say what you will eat during your stay, so there is no snack, so there is no part of the menu, so we did not have to remember that the hotel managers were going to have a problem with having a small barbecue, so we did not have to vote in the hotel, so we did not have to remember that we were going to have a small barbecue, so we did not have a problem with the hotel managers having a small barbecue, so we did not have to remember that we were going to have a small barbec

Non-professional staff

Hotel has run.we booked on hotelopia.com.fr 23/07/2017 to 31/07/2017 we sell you a stay with a hotel that has 2 swimming pools 2 restaurants 2 bars a mini club.that gives either saying on the beach.but when you arrive on the spot big disappointment you realize that the hotel has been divided into two hotels a separation between the two so for the price of a big hotel you are looking in a 40 room hotel with a pool a bar and a restaurant.one we have a double room with a sofa 2 days later we have an exit in our room the sofa had been off without being informed by asking at the reception the hotel also told me that it is the manager who has not been sleeping in saying that we have not been discharged from the hotel.

Avoiding False Advertising

I went to the hotel for a week with my family. The rooms were big and clean. The food was a tasty buffet. The people that work there were very friendly. Especially Ismail, he helped with everything. Definitely going back again! 

Enjoyed my week at the royal palm beach

Nice location for the beach. Staff unfriendly and not willing to anawer qjestions. Noone spoke english. Went all inclusive and the alcohol was terrible werent able to make a cocktail even though they were advertised and they hadnt the ingredients to make them. Food was the same most days and were terrorised by the free roaming cats when we did try to eat. Fruit and salads were lovely and fresh.

Hello. It's a quiet family hotel near the sea of good quality. The reception is impeccable. The service is impeccable. People are listening to you and at your service. My husband is staying there now and doesn't want to leave anymore. Simple room but clean refrigerated air conditioning etc.

The perfect calmness

This hotel is awful, this is the second time I've been here but this hotel was very different last year, there were a certain number of money thefts in the suitcases etc, the servers are not nice, one of them threw the glass on the counter serving us.

I wouldn't recommend it.

It's up there as one of the worst holidays we have had. Arrived 2330hrs no offer of a drink or food. Found the wardrobe in our room had 3 hangers.Went down to reception who sent a member of staff to get some from another room. Staff don't give a do do. Pool area dirty,fag ends,food and one morning dog s&%£ on the floor. Very noisy at night,doors banging,shouting general antisocial behaviour. No security to keep these people in order. 6 out of !) mornings NO hot water.Had a face to face with the general manager who was like a chocolate tea pot. Can't think why anyone would want to stay here.

Don't

I got to know this hotel in October. It was the end of the season and there were not as many guests in the hotel as in summer. The hotel area is very small. The rooms are very modest and clean. The food was nice. For the small money we paid for the all-inclusive diet, we tried both fish and meat on a local beer grill in unlimited quantities. All the food was fresh and quality. 100 meters from the hotel there is a beautiful beach. And 200 meters from the hotel recently opened a supermarket.
