Room with a paradise sea view, descent to a fantastic private beach, great breakfast, available pool and very available staff. Top quality price ratio. The low season has made us fully appreciate all the beauty and services offered.

Low season, high quality

Hotel 3☆...very clean and very comfortable... fantastic breakfast with very fresh and quality products... same goes for dinner. Terrace with fantastic sea view. Cordiality, kindness and availability of the owner and staff. 1 km from the center and 1 km from a beautiful beach.

That's a great value for money.

Great location overlooking the Adriatic sea. Perfect as a base point for hiking on Ucka. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff is kind and helpful. Great value for money (breakfast included).
It's a bit noisy during the day as it's close to the road, but you get used to it quickly.

Excellent value for money

rooms have great views, but they are dated and old fashioned. specific smell every time you enter the room. breakfast is average, coffee not good. you have to leave the A/C switched on during the night, otherwise the room is too hot
during summer. in front of the pension there is a main road with lots of traffic, you should
keep that in mind before booking.

you get what you pay for

The guest house is very quiet, a little 80s style. Excellent accommodation, spacious rooms with beautiful sea view, large parking, possibility to eat at a good restaurant even on paper. Breakfast ok. Good cleanliness. Affordable price. Good position (car needed) to visit the area. Heating in the room very high, at night you could sleep without blankets...

Pension at sea

We stayed for two nights, room and bathroom very large, the only negative note: to deepen the cleaning of the heat sinks!!! Discrete breakfast, you can do better. The morning of departure we took it comfortably and it was possible to have breakfast after 11:00 a.m. very positive note. We took advantage of the roof for the car without any additional costs. We saw the Jacuzzi but it was not possible to use it. Unfortunately on the day of arrival we were not even allowed a quick toast.

We stayed one night in this hotel that we enjoyed surprises good welcome nice room with all the comforts overlooking the whole gulf good breakfast and very kind staff should we return to the area we would definitely stay again

Better quality/price

They assigned me a room that smelled like smoke, I asked to change it and they were very kind, they gave me a much bigger, newer room with sea view. My only complaint is that the mattresses were a little broken. My friends had a side room, much smaller and uncomfortable, as I said in the title, depending on the room, overall good.

Depends on the room.

I've been going on vacation to Lovran for 7 years and always in this boarding house, we've always found each other very good. Clean and very quiet rooms, with free Wi-Fi. You can take a nice walk to the city centre (5 minutes) and you get to the area of high tourist interest. I recommend the Jacuzzi pool.
