Cosmos Saint -Petersburg Pulkovo Airport Hotel is located in St. Petersburg. This is the only hotel in the city that is directly connected by a covered pedestrian gallery to the new terminal of Pulkovo Airport. Near the hotel are the international exhibition center "Expoforum", as well as the palace and park ensembles of historical suburbs: Pushkin, Pavlovsk, Petrodvorets, Strelna.

Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Check-in of citizens of the Russian Federation is carried out only with an internal passport. Checking in with a foreign passport or driver's license is not possible.
To settle foreign citizens, you must provide a passport, a visa — if it is necessary for staying on the territory of the Russian Federation, and a migration card. Registration fee for foreign citizens — RUB 270.00, payment at the hotel.
Children must present a birth certificate to check in. An entry in the passport is not enough, settlement without a birth certificate is impossible according to the legislation of the Russian Federation.
One child under 12 years of age stays free of charge when sharing a parent/guardian's room with no extra bed.
Breakfast for a child in this case is paid additionally at the rate established on the date of stay. Children receive a 50% discount on breakfast.
Breakfast for the third guest is charged extra.
A baby cot for children under two years old is provided free of charge. It is necessary to notify the hotel in advance if baby cots are required, as their number is limited.

The location of the hotel is ideal for transit travelers or late night arrivals because the Transport Buses doesn’t operate from Pulkovo Airport to Saint Petersburg City Centre (approx. 20 km) between 0000 hrs till 0600 hrs. Hotel is located inside the Airport terminal parking area, in front of International Departure Gate.
The room was decently spacious. Bed linens were clean and mattresses were quite comfy. Toilet was adequate with supplies of
