The price-performance ratio is absolutely fine! The house has been in the years but that does not break the cleanliness! Breakfast is fine too and it is not far from the place!

Very comfortable boarding house, good price, nice breakfast, good service - we were satisfied all around! The room was very clean, we had a good view and we felt very comfortable. Thank you very much!

Top pension, good value for money

Oh my gosh what a perfect place to be! Gorgeous, gorgeous location in the valley between the giant mountains, great views everywhere, skiing and sledding everywhere, and the friendliest people on the planet. I am sad that we didn't have a chance to eat a dinner here. The menu looked terrific and always smelled great in the AM when they were preparing. Breakfast was great, though, with breads, meats, cheeses, yogurts, cereals, waters, coffees, juices, homemade jams and preserves. Coffee from a machine, but oh well. On New Year's Eve everyone suddenly dropped everything at the appointed time and walked outside to see the fireworks and sing. Such a friendly group or people who (mostly) didn't know each other. 

The room looked right across the road and stream at the hill, church, and town. We loved watching the tiny kids learning to ski. It's so easy for them. 

The owner is happy to chat with you and knows everything. Friendly and safe, this is an area where people still respect each other and their things. Walking up to the town? Just leave your skis and whatever else outside. They will be there when you return. In the pension and need to leave? If you forget something it will be where you left it. Wonderful.

Wifi only on the ground floor (router is at the front desk). Not very good, but that seems to be the norm these days. People don't really understand the difference between having a signal which your phone can receive, and having reasonable speed to download something. A minor inconvenience.

Wonderful place to stay run by a wonderful lady

The main structure is old and we can stay, it's not that you have to throw down a house after 50 years. But if you find the floor in carpets of the 60s, the mattresses probably not much younger, the thermospheres fatigued and a bathroom with new sanitary but the floors and tiles obsolete, it suggests that you have tried to get with the least economic effort an unsatisfactory result in the eyes of the figures for the overnight.

Obsolete but welcoming structure

We were passing by on a motorbike ride and we stopped by for one night. Family-run boarding house, owner and staff extremely friendly and available. Room in the standard and clean. Good quality ratio. Half boarding price. Good breakfast. It's down the village, within 10 minutes walking distance through a tree.

Good experience.

We were there by motorcycle, there are a lot of bikers next door as an intermediate station to the Alpine Highway. The location is perfect for that. In the place you go by a small climb, 7 feet. The finish is a bit strange - you don't see anyone and the board is orphaned. For this, the name is on a note and the key is already there - all in the self-service. The room is nice, although the facility is a little outdated, with balcony and a very good bed. The TV works fine, all the German stations are running. It's just a shame that the Wi-Fi in the room doesn't work, but only down at the reception.

It's a strange thing to recommend.

Very good rich breakfast buffet, nice, comfortable rooms, great location!!! 1A, can you just go on to recommend, great location and starting point to the big bell, great ski area in winter, great for hiking, relaxing, swimming, etc. in summer, great souvenir shops nearby, ski lift in front of the house door, fresh air,

Located along the stream that runs through the country, in a quiet, green and panoramic location, the guesthouse is 6 minutes by car from the centre and 10 minutes by foot from the centre, cutting along the steep slopes of the mountain on which the centre of the small village is located, through a wide pedestrian path, in a steep, steep, unsuitable for pedestrians. Also at 10 minutes, immediately above the entrance, a supermarket (with a clean bakery and salumi/formaggi service) is quite supplied, open (at least in August) with a continuous schedule even on Sundays and holidays (not badly at the parking lot of the small village), there are also plenty of food options to choose from.

Great customer attention at low prices!

The boarding house is located just outside the tiny village. The structure is old, the breakfast room has instead been hugely renovated. The room, a triple, was rather narrow with the carpet and a balcony that did not invite to go outside in view of the crumbling wooden beams of the floor. The bathroom with shower had the minimum size.
