The rooms and the whole house are lightning-clean. The mattresses are excellent, I slept very well every night. The breakfast buffet is absolutely neat. I didn't miss anything. The hostess is touchingly concerned about the well-being of her guests. She gives good hints about places and tips for walking. We'll be back!!!

It's wonderful.

I had the cabin - an extra holiday home is about 150 metres from the guesthouse - steeply climbing up and without extra driving to it. This is a warning to anyone who doesn't own an all-wheel-drive vehicle or who may be physically handicapped. There's no warning in the description. The other apartments and rooms are in the leather house. The cabin is perfect for this. Left of the fish tank with the goats, up and right of the horse pasture. Right next to the cabin is a well with fresh water. The cabin is perfectly equipped (ok, there's no microwave) with fireplace, kitchen (with back oven), bathroom, very good viewing facilities (even electricity, for people who don't want to get rid of the leather).

Cottage overlooking goats and horses - but all-wheel required

One of the most beautiful places in Berchtesgaden is the high-end. I have spent many holidays there in the 1990s and 2000s and many relatives and acquaintances have also recommended me there and everyone came back enthusiastically or even became a regular guest. The hosts are very friendly, the location, the food and the price are absolutely right...if it was my full calendar again, I would like to immediately go back for a few days to relax there.

Comfortable accommodation in a fantastic location with a unique panoramic view....

Stayed at this pension with my husband for two nights during our visit to Konigssee and Berchtesgadan.
My decision to stay here was so right as we had a fabulous time there.  The pension owner (as well as the huge dog) is very welcoming.  She made me felt so warm in the way that she brought me a kettle for boiling water when she felt my hands were freezing upon arrival.  The setting of the dining area is very cozy and the snow scenery outside the pension was so amazing! The room is spotless and spacious!  There is delivery service offered from a nearby pizza restaurant if you prefer staying at the pension.  

It is very fair that this pension ranks so high at tripadvisor!  Also this pension is vy close to the Konigssee which take only around 5mins by car!  Don't miss this if you are visiting this lake. 

Absolutely homely and cozy pension

When you come home, you'll be greeted with a friendly smile. Mrs. Graßl is the soul of the pension, she's with you with all her heart. Beautiful, cozy and, above all, very clean rooms. Then the good and lavish breakfast that didn't leave a wish open. If you had a wish (for example, a pension), one of your wishes was immediately fulfilled, it was a real pension and nothing from the Tetrapack. In fact, I can only recommend the pension loan to everyone.

Relaxation and rest.

Very nice boarding house with wonderful views. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Everything is packed. The owners are very nice and hardworking. The breakfast is very tasty and luxurious. It's okay, it's always packed. Absolutely recommended!

We spent a weekend here and felt comfortable from the first to the last minute! Very nice owner, nice clean apartment, good breakfast. Our two-year-old daughter didn't want to go home anymore. This accommodation is recommended with good conscience!!!!!

Accommodation to feel comfortable

Our room at Pension Hochödlehen has a balcony, which shows a panoramic snow view of Koenigssee. Located at the higher hills, however, the view is worth for the transportation. 10 minutes ride from Berchtesgarden HBF. The hosts (and dog) are welcoming and friendly. Practiced some German with the hosts which made my days! Traveling is always about engaging with local people. Also, nice breakfast.

A guesthouse with only breakfast service (also two apartments on the second floor) enjoys a splendid and isolated location, but comfortable to all the attractions of the Proprietari Gentilimi area is always cordial.

What a wonderful place

Pros:
- CLEAN!!!! (I would prefer to have an open heart surgery in that bathroom rather than any hospital...)

- Quiet (the best sleep after your mums hug...)
