Suitable facilities for a boarding house. Location on a private road, unpaved, difficult to get to near Neuschnee. Loipe leads directly past the boarding house! 3 days for walking distance. Half boarding house more than plentiful and good. Breakfast room/dining room with views. Beautiful panorama right under the attic. Price/performance good. Very nice hostess.

Family pension

Booked online, so didn't know what to expect! 
At first sight still skeptical, but it worked out brilliant. 
We, 2 adults and a grandson, stayed 2 nights.
The house is in a great location across from the Planai  ( famous ski run ).Rooms could use some attention, but are clean!  Bathroom was somewhat small, especially for our grandson who is 6'4.
We booked with breakfast and that was adequate too! 
Parking a slight problem, there is construction across the street. 
But the most important fact was the care we received from the owner! My husband fell ill and their attention 
was so touching;  we had to call an ambulance, they took care of that! I'm pretty sure there was quite a bit of cleanup and I offered to pay extra and they declined! 
If you want to feel like you are staying with friends, this is the place!

Wonderful hosts!!!

Despite the miserable reviews we read here, we were here, and were warmly received, well accommodated and provided with the best  food.We got to know the house and the yard well and were able to get to know all the other guests as horror e.g. described defects as not present.Under we were in the junior suites with terrace and the panoramic view given in the parterre,the facility was absolutely okay, no mold in the shower and even sunshine nothing to judge badly about.

This is a very nice place to stay! The owner was super friendly and made our stay as comfortable as possible. Everything we asked for could be arranged. The food was delicious, for a very low price. The rooms were spacious and ours had a nice balcony that overlooked the beautiful mountains. The accomodation has a beautifull view all around. I would reccomend everyone to stay here when your considering a trip to Ramsau am Dachstein!

Perfect!

We had booked two rooms in the boarding house, but we never got one. We would arrive at a one-star hotel at 7:30 p.m., 20 minutes up the cobblestone road, quartered. Even for the two nights we couldn't move, even though we were assured.

Booked but no room

I've never seen anything like this before. We also booked three double rooms for six people on the first floor, and then the chief superintendent gave us the suitcases and announced our arrival four hours earlier by phone. Still, when we arrived we didn't have the booked rooms. One couple had to emigrate for one night to the neighboring boarding house, and the other two rooms were sub-categorized for the other four people. For the second night we were also promised that we would get all three rooms next to each other on the first floor, and then the chief superintendent would bring us the suitcases to the new rooms. On the second day we were, of course, all day underneath the boarding house. When we arrived at 9 o'clock in the morning, we had definitely hoped to contact the chief superintendent's office, but at the end of the day we didn't have to send any old bags but we had to check her back and at least order a lunch. Unfortunately, the chief superintendent hadnctly not sent us a phone call to the courthouse for the next morning, and

A landless pride

We had already booked for a ski holiday months in advance. Great view of the plain. Great view! No parking space available, we had to tow all our stuff to the boarding house about 300-400 meters away. When we arrived, not all the rooms were available, 2 had to be booked in a nearby boarding house (we had booked months in advance)! The rooms are old, electrical wires hanging from the walls, mold in the shower/WC area. No reception, no one can be reached by phone if anything is needed. Unfortunately, the waiter couldn't give any information if anything was needed.

This pension is not recommended.

We were a group of friends, consisting of 6 people, and we actually wanted to spend a relaxed ski holiday in the Ramsau. There was no check-in anyway. A chaotic, elderly lady welcomed us with the happy news that before you had 3 double rooms - as we had already booked in September 2016, there was no parking space. We had to park our car about 300 meters from the boarding house to walk our suitcases to the boarding house, which was of course difficult.

The greatest horror holiday of our lives

I travel for 10 years in Austria but I never see something this bad. We have pay in advance and when we have arrived it was no more rooms. The rooms are very poor, no soap , no toilet paper. On web site is written bus station at 200 meter, is at 1200 meters. owner is very un unfriendly. I suggest to not go there.
