We've been hosted at this motel a year ago for three nights. The worker was doing her job in a very professional manner, very polite and helpful, then we met the actual owner of the place, a real mean old lady. I swear I wanted to pack my things and move to another place, but since the room was paid and the refund policy ain't like in States, we stayed for all three days. Same year, two months later, we were traveling again and since the city of Sinaia was on our way, I said to stay for that night at the same motel (I can't complain about the conditions, it's a clean, silent and well maintained motel). Unfortunately, when I called them, that mean lady answered the phone and her one and only question was "for how many nights do we intend to stay". When I told her that we will stay for one night only, she said she doesn't have rooms for one night, then she hanged up. Now, more exactly two days ago, my wife called the place once again, and the same person answered the phone. Everything was ok till my wife asked if the room has air conditioning. Our hero, the mean lady, yelled at my wife "you want a/c, go to a five stars hotel", and once again she hanged up the phone. Now seriously, how is she still in business with that kind of attitude? I will certainly try to avoid that place, yet once in a while I'll check to see if there's a new ownership...

Arrogant owner

Great rooms for affordable prices, nice, clean rooms with individual bathroom, cable TV with tons of channels, each floor has fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Private balcony as well as balconies with tables for groups. For sure we'll come back here!

Nice stay

Great price for clean room, good wifi and in the heart of the city. Parking was provided also. I walked around without reservation, I needed a toom for 1 night only. Everybody was like 50-60$ . I saw this place, ring on the doir and nice old lady speaking good english explained to me everything. I paid 30$ for the room. I was happy with my choice.

Very good

Nice and clean rooms with very good conditions ( tv -LED , wi-fi ) .. the host it's very nice .. the big advantage of villa TUI it is right in the center of Sinaia .. neatby are restaurants for eating and a supermarket for all you want .. 

Cool place vs price

I stayed this summer in TUI for a few days while visiting Sinaia and hiking in the mountains. The place in very conveniently situated in the city center, the manager speaks very good english. Wireless internet and all the confort in the room, cable TV with plenty of international stations, etc. I warmly recommend the place!
