This was the only available hotel in Pilsen, a day before our arrival date. It was ok for one night stay - the room was basic but clean, with usual equipment (wifi, bathroom, desk). We were given a room facing the busy main street. It was quite noisy (the tram stop was just in front of the hotel building), so one should request a room on the back. The free parking space was all taken by other guests when we arrived around 6 pm. It was, however, ok to pay ca. 1 euro for one hour to use the public parking (before 7pm and after 7am). The breakfast was also basic, but just fine for one night stay. The location was excellent.

Basic but fine for one night stay

I just liked the location. The smell of chlorine fell off my feet as soon as we crossed the threshold. The disgusting dirty carpet was long overdue to be thrown away, the web hanging from the chandelier, the bedding in someone else's hair, not the hair, but the hair!!! The chair for two alone, no shampoo gel, fans only on request.

I wouldn 't recommend it.

It's a very simple hotel, and it's not fancy. First you go through a restaurant, and then you get a ticket that opens the door to the hotel from the street and you skip the restaurant. The furniture is not old, the rooms are clean, but it smells terrible - it smells of dirt and sewerage. The bathroom is pretty good. Breakfast is simple - cold snacks.

Great location, great price ratio but... cold water, no hair drying and a cold night on holiday, olé! I wouldn't go back to that because, personally, some attentions are at the base of the service

Improving service

The room is really only equipped with the most necessary for a night's sleep (rather karg). Despite the notice from the pension that check-in is possible at noon, the room was not finished. Unfortunately, there were no options for breakfast. A basket of bread and a prepared plate of ham, cheese and marmalade were served to each person. Suitable for a short stay but not for a longer stay.

Very simple.

Location close to centre but still fairly quiet. Clean spaceous room with bathroom/shower and hall. Breakfast was very basic but good (suggestion to include artificial sweeneter). Proprietary parking is free. Staff is friendly and helpful. Price is good. 

Minus: No wifi on 1st floor (only cable, who has cable internet on mobile phone?). Room has no heavy curtains to darken it. Carpet stained at places.

Nice stay but some remarks

It was basically fine, but in my case, the room was moderating a bit. The basic impression was that it was an old boarding house that needed to be renovated somewhere else. You could sleep well in the bed - despite the relatively flat mattress. The owners are very nice! The breakfast was fine.

Come into the year, maybe for one night.

Service very nice room equipment that what must be bed chairs table TV quality is missing my mattress was completely flat even an hour after leaving the bed you could still clearly see my contours and I weigh 65 kg pillows did not go at all breakfast there is now at every tank better located right on a very busy road as if the tram through the room dune = absolutely no recommendation

From the simplest to the simplest...

This guesthouse is a good and inexpensive option, if you plan on visiting Plzen for a couple of days. It's located very close to the local theatre and the synagogue and only a short walk from the beautiful city centre. There is a parking lot nearby, if you travel by car. 
Our room was clean, though the bathroom smelled a bit stale. The breakfast is nothing special, but good enough to fill your stomach in the morning. If you re-visit Plzen, we would stay here again.

Satisfactory and inexpensive

(+) Location is good - close to the city center. 
(-) I informed the hotel a couple of months in advance that we should arrive between 11 and 12 (I know that official check in starts at 14:00 but someone had to be at the reception), however no one was at the reception at 11:40.  We left our luggage at the restaurant - thanks for that. When we came back at 17:30, the girl at the reception was so busy talking by phone that we had to wait 10 minutes until she had finished her private conversation
Soviet type pension with damaged corners. Shower did not have a handle. Strange dark spots on the carpet. Garbage under the beds. Breakfast was not included in the room price but we did not even want to stay for it.
