Everything ok, service was very nice and friendly. Parking in private parking Lot. Food very good, a Lot of types of food for breakfast. Rooms are člena and modern. We are very satisfied, thank you very much.

The shower in my room was not working. It was simple switched off. I wanted to take a shower at 11pm. The lady at the reception did not help, just asked whether I found out that late and shrug her shoulders with a comment that she is ablw to call the technician only in the morning. But she never did. No apologies, nothing.
The breakfast was ok-ish and I liked the surroundings. 

Don't recommend 

A clean room, not a bad breakfast, a five-year-old with breakfast options, a paid car park, garbage and towels cleaned and changed every day, in the center of town, not far from Aupark and Hlavna Street.

Small, cozy hotel in the city centre

The gentleman working at the front desk lacks basic manners and needs to be sent for re-training in customer service. I was really taken aback by his rude and unprofessional attitude. Until the staff learn how to treat guests this place won't be getting my recommendation. It's a shame because the hotel has a good central location and has a potential, which for now remains unfulfilled.

No customer service skills

Very clean room, great breakfast, 3min to center by walk and great stuff of people. They offer lunch menu as well and were so nice to keep one portion for me few hours after their official lunch time (very good meal). They have just one minus - coffee from thermos at breakfast. But you can ask for expresso at reception. There is no hair dryer in the room, but you can ask at reception as well for it and for an iron too. The rooms are not smoking but you can use balcony on your floor.

Great place with great stuff and breakfast

The location is very convenient, a two-minute walk from the main street of the city the private garage is very uncomfortable instead because it is small and you had to do a lot of manoeuvres to get out. The staff was not particularly kind and cozy. the room was clean, and quite large and quiet. the breakfast was plentiful but in the norm, without infamy and without praise.

Very comfortable and central.

We stayed here for the weekend and it was located in the wonderful location. Close to the city center and there were 24 hours of reception. Rooms were clean and spacious and breakfast was available. Highly recommended for the first time travellers to Kosice :)

Very good value

Rooms were clean and adequate.  Breakfast is good.  Parking is guarded and the location is great.  For access to the main walking street of Kosice you can't beat the price.  The Staff were ready to help and were very friendly.  A good choice!

Best value

Could be better for that location and price. I lose 20 minutes at the check in time.  After 8 hour driving, it's quite long. For a family, we took 2 rooms on a third floor. One was enormous, but with a shower with a hole in the floor without a door. Second with a good bathroom, but old carpets on the floor. The worst of these apartments was a smelt of old textile and carpets. Good priority of this pension is a garage inside. Breakfast was good.
Totally overrated.
