Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. From 06.12.2024 car travelling in the Polana 1389 Hotel and Spa is possible only with winter tyres. It is forbidden to drive through the checkpoint to the Polyana 1389 Hotel and Spa.
The resort fee is charged from the second night of your stay.
It is possible to provide one extra bed in the room (for an adult or a child from 5 to 11 years old inclusive). The cost is calculated individually upon request at the hotel.
Parking services at the resort are paid for guests. Parking is provided in a multi-level parking lot next to the Grand Hotel Polyana. Guests can return to the hotel on foot or by using an electric car. Depending on the season, a shuttle runs.

Commercial operation of the ropeways may be suspended due to weather conditions.
Cable car operating hours at Gazprom Polyana Resort:
In the winter season of 2024-2025 for skiing and walking.
From 12.25.24 to 03.31.25, travel for non-resident guests to the Psekhako plateau, through checkpoint No. 5, to the Polyana 1389 Hotel and Spa Resort is not provided.
Until 12.25.24 and from 04.01.25, travel for non-residents is carried out according to the current price list, currently RUB 8000.00 per car.
Guests can go up on the cable car. Tickets are purchased on the website, at the terminal or at the ticket office.
Resident guests can use the parking service for their personal car, at the Polyana 1389 Hotel and Spa Resort. The cost is RUB 300.00 per day per car. Payment at the reception desk.
Guests can use the cable car to enter the Polyana 1389 Hotel and Spa Resort for free using confirmation or by last name/passport.
A taxi for checking in guests can also take them to the Polyana 1389 Hotel and Spa Resort reception desk. The taxi driver and guests must contact the receptionist to arrange their departure. |
