Room could have been better prepared for our 3 night stay, bathroom products could have been topped up and have the 2 towels instead of 1.  Wasn’t sparkling clean.  Comfy enough.  Evening meals weren’t great.

A great premier inn, check in was great staff were good, room was clean and tidy, as expected. Great nights sleep. Staff in the pub next door were also great and the food was excellent. No complaints.

We stayed here on our way to Braemar, and it was one of the better budget hotels we've used over the past few years. The staff were friendly and the room was cosy and comfortable. I would certainly consider using this Premier Inn again.

Dental Kits and Slippers were not available in the room. So if u r reserving ur room, make sure u have these with you.

Breakfast was awsome, and staff was so kind and polite.

normally not the time of year to holiday in Scotland, however regardless of the time, the staff provided a warm and welcoming stay, they worked hard to deliver a site, from reception, to the cleaning staff, to the restaurant staff, thanking them for making my stay fantastic.

pre winter stay

Stayed whilst on a course for work, arrived to a clean and spacious car park  check in was really smooth after being greeting by a happy and friendly receptionist, wasnt sure excatly the location for my course so ask and they got me the directions and also called me a taxi, when entering the room it was clean and tidy with all the  utility us expect to habe with spare teas and coffee at reception to help ourselves to at any time. The food next door was a hit or miss breakfast service and quality was excellent anna and jodie was always on the ball but as for the evening service when the younger team was on things was alittle slower and you could definitely tell when there was a different chefs in the kitchen overall 5 out 5 for the hotel and 3 out 5 for the restaurant next door

Work visit

Friendly and helpful staff.  Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the area. Great for families too. Great selection of food if you are looking to dine in too. Will definitely be back.

Excellent staff service and overall a good experience. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend for a visit and would stay again.

The Staff at the Hotel were friendly and helpful. The room was warm and clean. Pleanty of tea,coffe, milk etc available in reception for you to help yourself. 
Food at the adjoining restaurant was not too good, often overcooked or small portions, would only recommend if you did not want to go out. It was edible.
The Staff at the restaurant were polite and helpful, good drinks selection.... the food let it down.
Be warned.... the bar at the restaurant closes at 10.30pm, even on a Saturday night!

Lovely welcome from the Hotel Staff

Checked in for two nights.  Room was fine enough, bed very comfortable, but when I returned in the evening the bed hadn’t been made up from the night before, the bin was still full from my carry out the evening before, hospitality tray hadn’t been refilled, in fact, the room was as I had left it that morning. I queried it at reception and was told unless a particular request was made to clean the room, it would be left due to ‘Covid restrictions’. Eh?  In fairness to them, they do have a sign hanging on the inside of the door that when turned over, does state that a request to clean the room has been okayed with the reception desk. But who turns over the sign to read it?Given that the same price is paid for the second night as the first, the same fresh standards should be standard. Disappointing.
