Stayed here before and we think this hotel ticks all the boxes. 
Hotel is clean, comfortable and modern. 
Upon arrival staff are friendly and helpful. 

Car park is free. 

Restaurant/pub is a 2 minute walk and again the staff were helpful and friendly. 
. 
Special mention to the reception staff who got us extra biscuits and a toothbrush we’d forgotten, especially Tia.

A perfect stay if using the ferry.

2nd time staying at this hotel and wasn’t disappointed. Staff are unbelievable friendly and helpful, literally can not do enough for you! Picked this over other hotels we have stayed at in Dover previously as it is fantastic. Restaurant staff are always attentive and efficient and food was quality and very good value for money.  Rooms spotless, Steve & Tia on reception are just wonderful!!  Felt very welcome! Would definately stay again!

Fantastic stay!

The outside of the hotel is a bit of a mess but don’t let that put you off. It’s just as we expect from a Premier Inn inside and the customer service from Theresa on the front desk was particularly good. Breakfast and dinner is just a short walk next door to a Brewer’s Fayre.

Neglected exterior but good customer service

AVOID or BEWARE
Do not check in before 3pm unless you are willing to pay £10 even if you are just 30 minutes early. This is a corporate policy. 
Building is grubby and run down and the photos are not recent. Receptionist was slovenly and dishevelled with a could not care less attitude. Reception area was very run down and grubby with an overpowering smell of perfume/ air freshener. 
Restaurant is not attached to premises but is a short walk through a wooded footpath. 
We have stayed in numerous Premier Inns over the years and have never had any issues. 
We cancelled our booking due to the state of the place and attitude of the staff. Raised a complaint with central customer care team but they were not particularly interested. Would only refund one night of the two night stay. Again corporate policy.

AVOID

Room are clean and fresh. 
No phones, pens or writing pads though. 
Preferred rolls of toilets tissue over sheet dispensers which was on our room. Exit door on the outdoor corridor kept slamming throughout the night which could have done with a slow close mechanism.

This location was in the middle of no where so you only have a brewersfayre next or a long cab ride into town.

Sleep well though, staff are friendly.

Good stay, no thrills

A great location to stay the night before a very early ferry from Dover the next day.  Parking was easy, check-in was efficient and friendly.  The room gave us all we wanted and facilities were clean and comfortable.  We didn't eat at this location (as we arrived late and left early) so can't comment on restaurant, but sure, like most Premier Inns it would have been consistently good.  Will def stay again if need to.

Great stay

Freezing at night and heating disabled in room. Mattress was squeaky and smelt damp  Would never have been advertised as a Premier Inn, will avoid this one next time. Worst hotel we stayed in on our trip across Europe.

Enjoyed staying, had about 4 nights. Great location, not crowded. 
Receptionist  was very helpful, when i had a problem with making TV working. You have extra towels, teas, coffees and etc. 
Room was lovely, clean and spacious. 
Lovely bathroom, spotless.

just as needed good size room for an over night stay, clean and tidy, very easy check in and parking,  the room is very basic but for the price i paid very happy with it, the food is in another building a short walk away under 5 mins 

trip to the castle

I am normally a big fan of Premier Inn's, but unfortunately this one has been the worst I have stayed in EVER! The staff are very pleasant so this is not a criticism of them in any way. The hotel is very tired, grubby and the rooms smell. Would not recommend staying here.
