Nice for one night. Interesting building, but there was no information in the room or common area explaining the history of the place, so it remains a mystery.  Did Queen Charlotte live there?  Great location, ten minutes’ walk along a beautiful Georgian Street to the town centre. 
An interesting place, but the owner doesn’t try very hard to please.  His normal practice is a 3% surcharge for card payments, but the first I knew this was when I saw the invoice, and he wasn’t accepting card payments anyway which seems to be the normal practice from reading earlier reviews. The nearest ATM is 15 minutes round walk away.
At breakfast, meagre portions of everything, and no replenishment of anything without asking.  Toast was 1 slice of a small loaf per person.  Cooked breakfast was not great; greasy bacon (one rasher)  and mushrooms in the frying pan made everything else black and unattractive. Poached egg (yes, only one. No choice of how it’s cooked) was too hard. Fruit was nice, but not particularly exciting. Tea – one teabag in a pot for two, not enough milk in the jug for 2 bowls of cereal.  Had to ask for replenishment of everything, nothing was offered. Stingy.
Room was very clean and very pretty.  One small bottle of water in a room for 2 people.  One packet of 2 biscuits in the room on arrival the first day, never replenished.  An inch of milk in the jug on the tea tray the first day, nothing on subsequent days.  Toiletries replaced sometimes. The TV didn’t work much of the time, which is pretty basic and unacceptable.
Recommend stay for one night, see the building, then stay elsewhere to experience the usual warmth and generosity of British B&B hospitality.

This truly is a Lovely unique, elegant, tasteful,  unusual B&B.
We had alovely  long weekend stay here there are only three rooms but all are lovely, the beds are really comfy, rooms cosy and Breakfast is great very tasty.
You really would enjoy your stay here its a lovely five minutes walk into Bath along a great street were you have a choice of things to do and great restaurants lots of different cuisine.
Back to the rooms, are Bathroom was spotless but if we had one little gripe it was a little attention should be paid to the dusting of the lamps
 A Lovely little find we hope to return.

Very Romantic

A lovely stay at Queen Charlotte's Orangery B&B - superb, comfortable surroundings, attention to detail is second to none! Loved the 'historic' feel of the place, only approx. 8 minutes walk into the city. Exactly as shown on the web site, a lovely base for our stay in Bath! To sum up, small but beautiful!

A real find!

Lovely weekend here.  Facilities are as shown in the photos and the hospitality was good.
Thoroughly enjoyed breakfast in the loggia.  Being outside in Britain is great! We had cereal, fresh fruit, cooked breakfast and toast.
Sailor, the dog, kept us entertained!
If we return to Bath, we will try to stay here!

Stayed one night. Easy to find and car parking was easy. The place is small and beautiful. The web site gives a very accurate impression. Bathroom not big but adequate. No communal lounge which is to be expected in a three room B and B. Had breakfast in the garden which is very nice. Less than ten minutes walk to the baths and other attractions. WiFi a bit weak in the bedroom. Owner is a nice guy and if we return to Bath we will return to the Orangery ( may have to book well in advance ).

Wonderful B and B

Enchanting B&B with previous hosts! Breakfast in the garden amid roses, hortensians and autumn monkeys was an absolute delight. The delicious English breakfast was prepared as desired and the fruit teller at the beginning of the breakfast was a poem! Our room (Amelia) had a very comfortable bed and a relatively large bathroom with a spacious shower.

Charm and style

Everything in this house helps to transport you to old England. Starting with Greg, the owner, a gentleman of old times with a passion for poetry. Continuing with the large canteen bed in the delicious room with garden views. And then, the evocative dining room decorated with antique pieces from Greg's many trips to Italy and the luxurious inner garden.

A very suggestive environment.

Our stay in this bed and breakfast was very pleasant. The owners were kind and willing to offer valuable advice on the places to visit. Our room was exactly as we expected, very cozy and comfortable, with a nice comfortable reading, the view of the lovely interior garden, a beautiful and spacious bathroom. The location is excellent, as we were a short distance from downtown Bath, where we could easily walk, but in a very quiet and elegant area. We had rented a car and were able to park it right in front of the bed and breakfast thanks to the permission of the owners.

Dear old England

Our family of four (unfortunately) only spent one night here and occupied two of the three rooms. The owners, Denise and Greg, couldn't have been nicer, they even came to meet us and accompanied us to their house when we had left. The lobby and the rooms are furnished with antiques, but are very cozy. Greg prepared a very good breakfast for us. The house has a beautiful garden that we sure enjoyed would have been better in the weather. I hope we can come back, but next time I would love to spend a week here.
