Prefabricated seemingly cute. The cleaning is to be improved but a lot, a little dust everywhere and the mattresses are dirty and with hair stuck. The furniture is half-crazy. The WiFi, when there is, is practically unusable. The shower has a slow discharge, the only one taken over the sink doesn't work. Finally the double bed is made of two side-by-side beds and the sheets are also on a square. The barbecue stove is ridiculous and crumbly. In short, turn off the beach.

Let it go.

We stayed here for 2 nights in August. The facility is potentially comfortable and functional, being organized into mini-apartments with accessories with private parking and a 5-minute drive from the center of Savonlinna. But actually the latty cleaning, moving each bed you can find a litter of dead insects. Okay to be in the countryside but a scrub on the ground every now and then would not hurt.

Place to be avoided

There are 4 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a hallway, a separate room for toilets and showers. Bed linen is not included in the price, you can bring your own or take it here for 5€.In the kitchen there is everything you need: a chainsaw, a coffee - a car, a toilet - a stove, a plate, dishes and dining appliances, a large refrigerator and even a DVD with disks. There are tops, soap, a free room, etc. There are 2 heaters, very quickly heating the required room. Everything is clean, at the doorstep. On the street football booths, a baseball ring (or a supermarket) in the 10th street.

It's a great place for people with a car.

When we arrived at this location, we were surprised to find the door was already open, we called the owners x understand, they told us that we could already enter that they would arr after 10 minutes, so it was 2 lovely people of Russian origin, the lady arrived with towels and sheets at the back, inside a very clean modern furnishings and there was really tt!! Beautiful! Next to the apartment there was a room with a washing machine etc, outside the possibility of making a barbecue! We were so happy that we decided to eat there since the village of Sovoulinna was 15 minutes away!

Feeling at home

We stayed there one night.
The apartment is good for those who want to pass there only one night, because it is not so comfortable, cosy and equipped.
However the staff is kind and available.
It's a little bit expensive compared to what it offers.

Lost in Savonlinna

Our apartment had 4 bedrooms and a dining room with a kitchen. The most important part of the kitchen was available, the dishes were partly enough, but only for 2-3 people. We rented the bedding with towels (5 euro/piece). 2 toilets, bathroom with shower. Wireless Wi-Fi. Parking right in front of the house. The centre of Savonlinna is easy and easily accessible by car. A small beach can be reached on foot. The place itself is not very attractive.

Quiet apartments near the city

We're in this hotel with our colleagues right now. It's a very nice and quiet place. Behind the hotel is a creeping lake. Today a rabbit jumped past our room, for the children of the city - it was a shock)))) The place is perfect for relaxing with the children in general: free bicycles, there's a football pitch, the children's rooms are well equipped. The rooms are basically apartments- there's their own kitchen with a tile, refrigerator and microwave. There's a TV with a dvd and a lot of movies in Russian.

It's very cozy and quiet!

Small appartement hotel ( 5 appartements) about 6 km from the city center. With the navigator it was easy to find.  Look at the picture of the hotel because there is now sign of the hotel. Odd thing.  There are no sign of the "office" of the hotel either and we never entered that. We got the keys and payed at the yard.  The appartement was with four bedrooms and 8 people could sleep there.  There was not enough dishes for so many people though. There was a microwave oven, refrigerator, hair dryer, shower, small oven. It was a bit dark and the air was not fresh.  Bed was OK.  You have to have your own sheets and towels or you pay extra for them.  You have to make your own bed. Free Wifi which we did not use.  The price for two was too much for this place.  We were there only one night.  But if you have 6 - 8 people it is very affordable. The place is very quiet.  This is not a ordinary place at all.

Cost effective for several people

I recommend this hotel, especially for families with children. The owners are Russian, very friendly. Free bicycles, jackets, chess pieces, puzzle pieces, etc. For children - the same bicycles and bats. Football gates, mangles, rental of ropes. We had to spend a whole day at home, the children had something to do. Nearby is the beach. The house is practically in the forest, the windows are on the forest road. Very quiet. To the city center - 10 minutes by car, to the supermarkets big = 5 minutes on the small - 5 minutes on foot. The car is necessary, otherwise it is difficult to get to the center, if, of course, not to limit yourself to the joys of the forest and the fish, but to look at your property. The house is almost in the forest, the windows - to the forest road. Very quiet. To the city center - 10 minutes by car, to the supermarkets big = 5 minutes on the small - 5 minutes on foot. The car is necessary, otherwise it is difficult to get to the center, if you do not limit yourself to the joys of the forest and the fish, but to

It's economical and convenient

The hotel is conveniently located in a small village in the middle of a forest, with a quiet and quiet place to rest. The lake is easily accessible on foot. The rooms are guest houses with several rooms. Our hotel has three - two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen. The house is fully equipped for comfortable living, including dishes, simple food, coffee, tea and much more. A large selection of DVDs with movies for every taste (even Soviet classic).
