It was bad, it smells like a sick pit in the hallway. Never again. Breakfast okay, no more. Homepage not up to date. All except when there's nothing else to have. I'll never check in there again, even if it's free.

It's permeable, it stinks, it can't stand it.

It's a totally decayed impression, starting in the outer space. Flipped terrace furniture, loose plates, standing trash. Receiving unattractive staff with a rather indifferent attitude. Then the staircase to the rooms: totally worn-out carpet on the stairs, worn-out railing. The carpet in the hallway on the first floor still goes, the one on the second floor: it's wavy, loose, and totally worn out. The rooms were still with our friends, even though one was very, very small. Our room on the second floor was part of a holiday apartment.

Totally down, only the food saves 2 points.

We booked this hotel on the ground floor with a promise of a sauna and WiFi. When we arrived, it was called the sauna that was being renovated. Okay, but no shame. After going upstairs, we went into the room and was very disappointed. The room was so small and so full of furniture that we couldn't walk past another one. The room had no WiFi. After we asked, it said it only worked downstairs next to the front desk. Great. The food was surprisingly good. After talking to the owner, my husband gave us two drinks. The hotel is in need of renovation. The towels are minutes as if they were from the owner's house. For the price! The only thing that was too good was 10 feet from the lake at night.

It's not worth it.

I can't find the words. Stinking staircase, rug in grim condition. The surroundings look like breakdown. The host was cozy, rather slow but friendly. The breakfast was OK, fresh buns, plenty of choice and delicious. The room we paid far more for than the homepage indicated was OK. Deep beds with thin mattresses. The soup was excellent. The main food and salad were catastrophic, except for manic hunger. The nighttime was ok. Whoever logged much longer quickly realized that food waste was being recycled. On the one hand, okay, but still. Pay. You renovated the bathroom, you renovated the rooms, you had a second dark mattress. The soup was excellent. A hotel in need of renovation and a nice place to stay.

We booked this hotel because it was affordable. Price performance, ok rooms and bathroom clean. Guest room location perfect👍 Breakfast had everything you need👍 All in all we had a nice stay in this hotel, staying in a rented apartment on the red square proved to be an advantage, because it was located in the centre and close to the train station.

It was okay.

We spent three nights at the hotel and were immediately shocked by the dirty and run-down staircase. The reception was also not very friendly and we were made to wait a long time until the boss came to check in. But the room was fairly tidy and the beds were relatively comfortable. We would like to emphasize the apparently newly renovated bathroom with a large sink and a large mirror; the shower/bathtub was almost fine. The half board was badly okay, you got fed up, the food didn't offer highlights. In the morning there was a fight to get a place to eat. The early part was fine, but nothing was offered. We urged the early stairs to the lobby, and the restroom was completely in order.

Hotel in need of renovation near the beautiful Titian Sea

The room was okay, apparently freshly renovated, but neatly, the toilets smoking after very old urine, they bought cleaning products themselves to get rid of the stench. Breakfast buffet was also limited, some of the buns were baked and sometimes still wet, the containers where the sausage and cheese were found were crispy. They were greeted by an outdoor cup, but the pictures on their website didn't show the smell! It was really a nice way to go.

Dirty and broken hotel

- unfriendly, seemingly indifferent reception at the reception - were sent to the apartment building 500 metres away, but parking there would cost money and breakfast would be held at the hotel again. - We would have had to walk this way in the morning with wind and weather - arrived at the apartment building, after a call from the main hotel it turned out that there was no WiFi at all - in my opinion we were annoyed, we were given a room at the hotel, the carpet was worn out and dirty, otherwise it was with a bed and the usual minimum equipment ok - some information about room designation, including food and WiFi - again no WiFi in the room - due to the lack of checking (even if we were staying at the hotel, we would have had to check-in with another hotel - but we were told that we were staying at the same time)

Not recommended

It's actually a shame to call it a hotel, and there's nothing wrong with that, not service, not quality of food, not room, etc. It's just the optics that would be nice with a lot of wood.

Get off.

When we finally see someone (not very nice and careless) it is to drive us to a very distant annex, so much so that I asked for the exact address fearing that we would not find it when we returned at night. And I had chosen this hotel for its proximity to the lake.... room: mattresses with cooking springs...but clean, stained carpet, also in the common areas. For the receptionist, the dining room indicates the dining room without accompanying us. There is no free table.
