I give you a star because you can't give it zero... when we arrived we found a dirty and unhealthy place, hair and sand from the previous tenants, everything different from what was shown on the site... kitchen with non-functioning fires and an invading ant... In the entrance there was a used sofa and an out-of-use, dirty and with cigarette holes... we go to the bathroom.

I'm sorry to have to give a negative review of a structure, but nothing went well. When I arrived the apartment was a real SCHIFO, (although they have to be sanitized), the ovens were dirty with sauce, the floor full of sand, the chairs (in wood) completely stained on the seats, the terrace attached to the apartment was unforgettable, full of hair and dust, in fact we never used it, emphasizing the cleaning we have to pay for it, but it's probably not the strong point.

More than ever

The house is well furnished, essentially but completely complete. I was expecting the washing machine and instead there is one in common paid for (€3.5 to wash). The cleaners left to be desired, when everything was very appicciccio. The chairs, the remote control (unforgettable, but I know they were changing them). I think that during the Covid period we have to be even more scrupulous. The houses were dirty. I basically cleaned the house from top to bottom. For the rest, staff available, an excellent location as two common passages from the beach, and from every kind of shop. The dirty parts of the building, especially the elevator. The kitchen sinks are essential for 4 people. If you are not in 5. But we used everything.

Not bad.

Everything was just great... no 5 minutes to the beach... apartment very neat and clean... air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, towels and bedding available... the only thing you could complain about is that there are people who steal pots and spoons... but for that the accommodation can't do anything... except take a vacation right away... staff super👌👌👌👌

Comfortable renovated residence a few meters from the sea, supermarket and walk with bars and restaurants, excellent cleaning, spacious balcony, fast wifi, laundry service, very professional and available staff, we found ourselves very well we will definitely be back next year!

Great solution for a holiday in Rimini by the sea!

Excellent accommodation 50 metres from the beach and 30 metres from the supermarket and the walk with shops and restaurants, very nice and functional apartments with towel sheets, excellent cleaning, private parking in front of the facility, very available staff, ah I forgot Wi-Fi very fast! I stayed with my family for two weeks last August and the first of September in a two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor at a cost of slightly less than 1000 euro overall. Location: The apartment is located in a slightly degraded area of Rimini on the border between Marebello and Rivazzurra, rich in streetfront premises and commercial activities run by most foreigners. Economic system

Beautiful apartment with wonderful terrace apart from the tiny fridge that is for a family of 4 people difficult to maintain food. When we arrived uncleaned kitchen (made present with resentment of the support staff considering that final cleaning expenses are borne by the customer), poor reception of the cleaning staff...not available stoves (just a minimum)... For what we paid I would say PESSIMO!!!

It's a very nice apartment, but...

We booked for a week and given the price we said to ourselves who knows how ugly... we had never said it!!! A reggia!!! Clean, beautiful, functional, unique!!!!!! We were amazed! The location allows him to be quiet but close to the sea!!! Equipped with every convenience and we also touched the terrace from which we ate dinner every night. I hope to return very soon because every single thing in this residence was perfect and allowed us to live a wonderful week.

Just wonderful.

It's moldy, it's dirty and there's not even running water. We regularly drive to Rimini and have never been so disappointed by an accommodation like this one! The rooms are moldy, the bed looks like a board, the pillows have been asleep for years and the furnishings are spartan! The service is a single fiasco.
