You will not read anywhere that you have to pay a deposit separately for the animal. I can't tune into any Czech channel on the TV, the internet is always down here. I'm not even mentioning the elevator. an elevator so big that barely one person can fit in it, and the speed of the elevator is indescribable

high price but nowhere near quality.  you will certainly find better accommodation for much less money and personally.

This apartment is ideal for those tourists who need a convenient location, comfort, cleanliness, accessibility. Excellent repair in rooms and bathrooms, cleanliness, good bed. You will be able to cook, wash, sleep, very comfortable to return after long walks in Prague. Nearby there is everything you need, shops for every taste, good cafes and restaurants, the most popular walking routes. Thank you so much for congratulations on the New Year, it was very nice, the staff are very welcoming and friendly.

You are in the heart of Prague and Prague in your heart ...

It was our baby’s first time abroad Just after her first birthday so we needed somewhere we could cook her food and where we could walk a short distance for the supermarket and explore the Christmas markets. The location was perfect only a 2 minute walk to the Albert supermarket which has everything you need. I could easily walk to the nearby Christmas markets and dash back as needed. The normal high street stores were all nearby too. There were plenty of nice restaurants nearby too. The staff on arrival were very pleasant and helpful and even booked the transport for our leave. Also during our stay if we needed to know anything I could simply WhatsApp and the response was quick. The apartment is well furnished and facilitated and was kept lively and warm. The WiFi is strong. Overall a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend.

Perfect location and facilities for a family

Very strange, given how many times they tell you to turn the lock on the apt door and keep safe, that they give keys out to all and sundry, who enter your apt whenever they want. What's the point of the lock, then?

A superb apartment, really, great apt and location. However, the host gave keys to other people, even outside maintenance people, who entered the apartment unannounced and without appointments. Not only embarrassing, but also scary regarding safety. Did it 4, I kid you not, 4 times. 6pm Friday, 11am Sat, we were in bed, literally having when a man enters without warning. Then staff to ask when we wanted him to return (NEVER!), then someone else w towels. No know, just walk in. We put the sofa in front of the door after that.

The first time, after we had written that the sink was blocked, we were literally in bed at 6pm on Friday night and the front door to the apt opened and a man entered. No appointment, no warning, just opened the door. I have no idea what language he spoke because we both yelled for him to go away as loud as we could. So he came back again at 11am on Saturday morning, and I kid you not, we were in the middle of , and the front door opened and a man's voice called out. Like in the comedy movie, except this was neither comedy nor movie. Imagine you are a woman traveling alone and this happens. Third time, a bit later, I was in the shower and she's half-dressed cooking (yeah, the sex was a bit of a dud after that entrance), and a lady from the apt rental shows up to ask when we want the man to return. Answer: NEVER!, but my friend said we could use some fresh towels. 5 minutes later the door opens again, not even a knock, and a woman enters with fresh towels. At this point we moved the sofa in front of the door so no one could enter. And did that every time we entered the apartment.

I have not idea how many people they give keys to, but for sure you are not safe. Lovely apartment and location, just be sure to move the sofa in front of the door when you enter, because you can never know when someone random will enter without your permission or warning.

Great apt & location, but their staff walk in without appointments!

Excellent location for first time visitors to Prague. Within walking distance to just about everything you want to see and do. Nice apartment. Good value for the money. My only suggestion would be for the front office staff and cleaning staff to perform a quality control check of all lights and equipment prior to the next check in. Some of our light bulbs were burned out and the air conditioning in the living room was not cooling well(#13), along with a couple of other items. The front office staff responds immediately 24/7 to all issues. Great job.

Fantastic Stay in Prague

Location: These apartments could not be in a better location if you are staying in the "Old Town", in our view.. 3 minutes from Smetana Hall (Municipal House), 10-15 minute walk to Old Town Square and Old City Hall, 15 minute walk to Charles Bridge. "Billa" grocery store 5 minute walk and "mini market" immediately across the street. Located on quaint, narrow street. 

Staff: Unlike most of the customer service people you will encounter in the Czech Republic, the staff we dealt with were polite, friendly and helpful. We had a "problem" with the oven and washer during our stay. They happened to have a service person in the building when I called and they were at our door within 5 minutes of our call. Our problem with the appliances was solved immediately (oven needed to be "rebooted" and we just needed to be shown how to use the washer (instructions were for a different washer). They also accommodated our request to leave our bags in the apartment past our check out time while we waited for our train, without any additional cost. They offered to arrange for transfer from the train station to their office for check-in and then on to our apartment for a reasonable price (you check in at their offices, which are not at the apartment). The driver was waiting for us when we got off the train and eventually dropped us at the front door of our apartment building, after the check in was completed.. It made our arrival much more convenient for us. Their excellent customer service stood out during our 4 days in Prague. 

Apartment Condition: Our apartment was a two bedroom unit. It had two king beds and two more queen pull outs in the living area. The living area was one large great room that included a full kitchen with modern and "like new" appliances. The kitchen was not particularly well stocked, but it had all the basics and we did not want to do any cooking other than make breakfast each day, so it suited our purposes. The bathroom is expansive and well appointed and in "like new" condition. The european obsession with inexplicably small showers is in evidence here, which seems particularly odd in this case given the very large size of the bathroom overall, but I consider that trivial. It has a separate soaker tub and a heated towel rack, which given our early January visit, we enjoyed. 

Negatives: 1. There is no elevator in the building. We were on the 2nd floor (3rd floor for North Americans) and we walked up two flights of stairs. If that will be an issue for you, you may consider that a bigger drawback. For us, it was not. 2. The street can also be noisy at night, but the double-paned windows do a good job insulating the noise. There is air conditioning in each room (which we did not use as we were there in early January) so you will not need to have the windows open at night during the warmer months. 3. These may not be the best "value" in Prague as you can find cheaper accommodations in the area. But that is largely subjective. For us, this apartment's size, location, condition (everything is recently renovated and in "almost new" condition) made it worth the money for us. 

I am unlikely to come back to Prague. But if I do, I would definitely stay here again. My complements to the staff

Did I tell you about the location?
Well it’s near perfect!  Now for the Management & the apartment...the management arranged a car to pick us up at the airport & whisked us away to the front not door of our apt. Where a rep. From management met us with our key and helpful info to the city.  
Our stay in Prague was wonderful! Our apartment had much to do with our happy stay!  Thank you!!!
