The apartments, although not very large, are comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The location is fabulous: close enough to the start of the Borgata plants but not close enough to be suffocated by skiers!

Nice place to stay

Very kind and available owners! Clean, tidy and equipped apartment! Great! Great for those who have dogs too; strategic place for walks/steep walks! Very quiet place and very close to the tracks! We have been doing White Week here for 3 years and we will definitely be back next year!

That's perfect.

We arrived with our family at the end of February for 10 days in this fabulous place. We were in the Italian Alps for the first time, a very beautiful place. The hotel was very cozy, we had a suite with all the amenities and our own entrance. A very cozy, warm room, very good apartments. Especially I want to say about the soulful hosts Aldo and Elena, always ready to help, to come to the aid.

Winter fairy tale in the Sisterhood

We stayed at Residenza L'Teit for 5 nights as a family ski trip. The apartment was spotless when we arrived with a good amount of space for the 4 of us. The kids had bunk beds which were tucked away off of the kitchen area and the main bedroom was a good size. There was loads of storage/ wardrobe space. The kitchen was well equipped although we didn't use it much as we ate out in the next door pizzeria most nights!

The apartment owners were great and helpful, they don't speak much english but we managed to communicate between us!!

It is a little walk up to the ski lift, but as we had a car we drove the kids up and then one of us would re-park and walk! At the end of the day you could ski much closer to the apartment and then it was a very short walk back.

Borgata is a little hamlet just down from the main part of sestriere, it would be tricky to get there in the evening without a car I think. Having said that there are a number of restaurants in Borgata so you could probably avoid needing to go there. We didn't find a supermarket in Borgata as we used the one in Sestriere, but think there may be one near the ski school office?

We would definately recommend the apartment as it was more spacious than the average ski accomodation.

Lovely apartment in good location

My friend and I booked a long weekend skiing on a budget. Residenza L'Teit was a little tired looking and could do with an updated décor. We have no complaints at all as the studio apartment was great value for money, large and had everything we needed. The nearest ski lift is about 400m walk away up a slight incline which is easily manageable. Great pizzeria at the rear of the property owned by the same people - recommended. Aldo, the apartment owner, spoke absolutely no English (but why should he!) and I have about 5 words of Italian. Nevertheless, we managed to get by and there were no problems at all. 
Borgata Sestriere is a well established small mountain village which is largely unspoilt from the skiing trade. This is in complete contrast to the brash Sestriere which is purpose built hotel blocks.
Tip - If self driving like we were, snow chains are a must. The only road in and out of the village is very steep with sharp bends. We saw cars without snow chains just could ascend to leave the village
Recommended for a friends ski week.

Large functional studio appartment and good value for money

The Teit Residence is unique all the operators are very friendly and always attentive to your every need, I was there with the family and I had no problem, the location is strategically close to all our needs, I'll be back as soon as possible, thank you and hello everyone :)

The Hospitality of the NURSE

We stayed for a week in a single room at this nice, functional facility. There was no wifi connection when we arrived. They warned us that the cleaning was not working.

A little isolated area

We had the pleasure of spending a White Week at the resort with a residence formula. I cannot therefore provide exhaustive information on the hotel services. I can still say that the balcony in which we stayed was beautiful and cozy; the property is located in front of the ski pass ticket office. And a short distance from the Borgata Ski School.
