A good location, as it was in the center of the city. Otherwise, everything was bad. Dirty, the bell with accumulated fat, cockroaches every night. No towels, no soap. Doors without frames and not closing well. Hole-gated coats. No light in the entrance, no main hallway.

Very small Estate.

Very well located, large and air-conditioned apartment Highlighting the kindness and attention of the receptionist Fuimos intended to stay 4 nights but in the end we stayed for a whole week.

 Rexaventura is the name of the game.

Things are unusual when you remember and this accommodation is all a joke. There are parts of the bathrooms that have never been cleaned. All kinds of fauna: cockroaches, blood-sucking bed bugs (most people don't even know them, because hygiene eradicated them in Spain). The microwave lights up next to the sink and under the heater. The bell that takes the air out into the same kitchen. The black plugs. No towels, no soap, and the sofa bed is done by yourself. So you better sell the holes of a sauna with stories to tell. The reception, a WhatsApp number.

Unforgettable (by the way)

We spent one night in the apartment.The room is perfect, as it is in the very center of Salou.The receptionist is very friendly and committed.As a negative point, renovation and maintenance of the facilities are needed.But in terms of price-quality, you can't ask for more.

Perfect oblivion, quality and reasonable price.

An apartment with no elevator, because of the nightlight in the hallway of the entrance street, the apartments lack a microwave cleaning but the good thing is that they are located in a street where everything is.

It needs more cleaning and more care.

Minus: The owner of the apartment. We agreed that we would settle in the area at 2 a.m. and he would wait for us. At 2:20 a.m. he left. We arrived at 3 a.m. because of the delay in the transfer. And we waited until 9:30 a.m. at the door!

It's pretty good overall.

The accommodation is in line with the photos and reviews. The price is very affordable and the services come with. The mattresses are uncomfortable, prefer the sofas if you can. Very convenient for those of us who only stayed the night after a tiring day. Bonus, the welcome from the manager who is very nice.

Consistent quality/price ratio

Not bad for these apartments... we went in a dead month and it was very cheap... very generous and cordial owner... a few minutes from Portavventura Park and a few seconds from the sea...

It's all right.

We have a little bit of a feeling of being in a suburban hotel...but you'll see it soon in Salou all the blocks are from this stake..me the big hotels....many old blocks with tired facades...but we don't come to Salou for architecture lol...so we have three softs apartments....the strict minimum bathroom wardrobe bed...no TV...no air conditioner but a fan....was enough. To sleep 2/3 nights it's perfect...8 minutes from Portaventura....on the 15th street there's just a gambling room...shopping...supermarket...restaurant...swimming pool...minigolf...park...accrob....and friend...and the must-have line...we're coming to the beach...we've got 5 minutes to sleep in front of it...we're just coming to the parking garage...we're just 10pm from the 22nd street....we've got to come to his apartment...we've got to get a parking lot...we've got to get a parking lot in front of it...

It's not expensive. It's in a good location.

As I wrote in the title the person who manages everything is very kind, but he would need some maintenance the place... starting from the mattresses a little uncomfortable... I stayed there 2 nights to go to Portafentura and I paid 30 for 2 nights without breakfast... A great price I would say!!
