The minute I walked in I was ready to check out. I stayed at a beautiful place in Hoi An for the same price. Rooms in Da Nang are more expensive. Do not expect what is shown in pictures on website.  The entire hotel is suppossed to be air conditioned.  It is not.  My room had a window view of a wall. I opened the refigerater to put something away and the smell was awful.I called the front desk and someone came up to wipe it out and used the bath mat from the floor to to try the tray.  The room smells terrible.  I walked into the bathroom and started to dry heave from the smell. Bad location.  I was outside at 10 pm and the security guard from coffee shop told me to go inside. I thought I could stay and view the bridge and take a taxi to the beach. Taxi driver said all of the beaches were private and the only beach access was a 10 minute drive to a dirty beach area restaraunt,  The only good things were internet speed and next to coffee shop and ok hot pot restaurant.

Do not stay here spend the extra money for hotel across the river.

Ok where do I begin... My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights, I wish we left 3 nights earlier. We requested a smoking room but when asked the receptionist she said we couldn’t smoke in the room, this wasn’t a major issue. We took our luggage up to our room. Upon opening the bedroom door there was a very strong damp mouldy smell in the room. We even tried to burn some insense but the smell would not go away. 
The following morning my partner went down for breakfast first as he’s more of an early bird than me. There was nothing laid out on the tables not even coffee or water. When finally he was served the guy didn’t even ask him what he would like to eat. He just brought some watery noodles so basically eat it or starve.. The worst part was before he started eating he found a cockroach in his noodles!! (He took a photo of this) After he brought this to their attention (which they didn’t seem very shocked by) he was brought some fried eggs. 
The following mornings there was much more of a selection but you need to go down very early otherwise everything apart from soup is cold, even the coffee! 
After one night sleeping in the mouldy smelling room I started to get a sore throat. After 2 nights I had more cold and flu symptoms. On the third evening I asked my partner if he would go downstairs to ask for a little sugar so I could have a cup of tea (no tea sugar or coffee in room) as I wasn’t feeling good at all, my nose was completely blocked and I was starting to cough really bad. The female receptionist (wears glasses) was so rude, completely refused to give anything, saying “no no no, no more sugar for you”. This completely shocked me I have been to many hotels and never had any problem like this. 
We went out to eat and when we returned there was a different receptionist, my partner asked him for some sugar and he gave it to him no problem. This was our last night thank god. 
Oh and almost forgot about the hairs in the bathroom on the first day, some small insect in the bathroom and found a few small ants crawling in our bed. 
Sorry for such a long review of complaints but getting physically ill from staying in a mouldy room needs to be said. 
This is such a shame because the owner is a very nice man but his staff need some customer service training and he needs to hire better cleaners. Also they speak very little English. 
The only thing I really enjoyed is the location is very good

Avoid!!

I am not much of a complainer considering the price. I will leave the reception staff alone.
  The cleaning lady seemed rude. The person who led me to the room didnt say a word. 
   The mattress was just hard rubber covered with a sheet. Could not get proper sleep. 
  .There is a kettle but provide any coffee or tea. No security box. Which is important.
   I left after 1 night. The girl at reception seemed disappointed probably because this has happened before
   They don't speak much English but they do try. 

Not good

Lobby looks neat. That's where it ends. Don't stay here, it's gross and dirty. Bathroom is hardly cleaned and the sheets were debatable whether or not they've been changed before we arrived. Weird grayish blue streaks on the walls underneath of the AC unit... My guesses are someone used the wrong cleaner to wash the wall, there was an attempt to clean some graffiti, or it's something from the AC unit staining the walls. 
On the plus side breakfast was okay though. 

Nasty

My partner and I stayed at this hotel on a business trip we had for one week in Da Nang. Our company booked it for us hence why we didn’t change hotels otherwise it would not have been our hotel of choice. The receptionist and workers are very nice but the hotel itself does not look like the pictures online. We travel a lot and this was the worst hotel room that we have stayed in. Our room smelt like musty mold. The bathrooms were old and unkept. The housekeeping would come daily when we left the room but we swear that they didn’t do anything. They would just make up the bed and add new water bottles to the room (at least we got two free water bottles right??) As for the bed sheets we could tell they were not changed once since we arrived because there was the same red stain on the white bed sheet, the same location, etc. The shower was very weak barely any water comes from the shower tap. The tea cups in the rooms were never washed or replaced. Breakfast is included but it is cold, not much options and disgusting, not vegetarian friendly. We will never stay at this hotel again.

Location good but hotel unkept 

The room was dirty and had musty smell. I booked the room for my family for two nights (16 - 17 Dec) but only stayed one night because during my staying, I had an awful incident where my luggage was broken and opened when I was away. Luckily, no valuable assets were robbed because I have a habit of never leaving important things in the suitcase yet just in case I still decided to lock my suitcase & put it the wardrobe before going out. When I went back to my room, I found this incident and immediately reported to the hotel staff & manager & owner. However, their attitude & problem handling skill were very very very bad & unprofessional. Instead of  apologizing & giving us a proper explanation, they said the fault was not theirs and accused us of breaking our suitcase somewhere and then blaming on them. When I demanded to check the CCTV but they said it was broken. From beginning to end, no apology was made. Not even one!! They even charged us two nights. Never come back again!!!!!!!!
