We rented the apartment with the kitchen corner. Nice, clean, spacious and air conditioned. Private car park right in front. The owners are two very nice gentlemen and they gave us a lot of advice on where to go to the beach and where to eat dinner!!! If I had to go back to ruin I would definitely come back here!!!

Calmness

Rental room in a small building just outside the city centre, in a residential area of small villas. The kindness and availability of the owners of the house, before, during and even after the stay, the location, less than 10 minutes from the city centre and 15 minutes from the beach but in a quiet position, also for the car and the extreme cleaning of the room and accessories (fridge, loft, boiler, etc.)

Raisin and Lea, two beautiful surprises.

In Rovinj I spent 5 wonderful days with my friends, the apartment we booked, consisting of a kitchen with sofa bed, balcony, bathroom and bedroom, offered all the amenities, including wifi and free parking. The owners are exquisite people and provided us with all the information about the city and the beaches. Both Rovinj and its coasts have surprised us for their beauty and accessibility, to this is added an excellent quality price ratio.

It's been five wonderful days.

I took a week's vacation in the yellow apartment. The house is located in a very quiet area and the owners of the house are really friendly and available people. Our apartment was on the second floor, everything is new and functional. The cleanliness is maximum. The apartment consists of a living room kitchen with a sofa bed and balcony, the bedroom is a bedside with a practical skylight on the roof, bathroom and ceiling, but nothing is missing.

It is located about 10 minutes' walk from the centre. There are 3 car seats reserved for customers, alternating or in the absence of seating. There is a comfortable ground parking at a hundred metres. Silent area, supermarket, bars and tractor shops nearby. Less than 5 minutes' drive from the hotel. Small but very clean apartments and courteous and available staff. Cash payment request upon arrival.

Good value for money

Had a four day stay at this establishment and was great, reasonably appointed furnishings, clean spacious double bedroom with a balcony and air conditioning.  Room was cleaned daily.    It's difficult to understate the helpfulness of the owner, Elvina, who really made an effort to make my stay comfortable. She's a native Italian speaker and though her English is limited, she will always help.

Only negative I can think of, is that if you're if you've reduced mobility, it's a quarter of an hour walk into the town centre of Rovinj but that's really, really pushing it 95% of people shouldn't find this a problem!  Overall a great place to stay and I hope this review gets the proprietor more of the business she deserves.
