Me and my family come in the front of building and no one was there,we call and waiting 30 min before owner come to open. Units are far away from photos everything it's more more older and dasty.
We book Deluxe suite for 20€ but owner ask as 20€ per person.

Terrible don't book

My wife and I stayed at Rooms Kvatric for a week, and we had a pleasurable experience. Room was clean, clean towels, hair drier, hand soap. We stayed there in October, but the heating provided was more than adequate, no problems there. The bathroom had a tub, not only a shower, hot water at any time of the day. 

Also the location is pretty central, lots of stores and a farmers' market nearby, restaurants, and bars.

Definitely recommended.

Rooms Kvatric - clean and cosy

The landlady is lovely, the location is fine. The only drawback is the tub, which is great for a long deep soak. However, the water doesn't drain. If you are standing drying off, all the water from the tub literally gushes up under your feet from a drain on the floor! Gallons and gallons of water- what should be going down was coming right back up onto the tiles! And this drain is on a high point in the toilet floor so if the gushing wasn't bad enough, the water doens't flow back to it to eventually drain away. Now this is all very funny, but it makes for a pretty soggy bathroom for a long, long time. Other than that, it's a very nice property.  The room was nice and big, looks out onto the green garden, and the markets are just a few blocks away.

Nice but don't take a bath!

Been there. The owner Jasna is kind and helpful lady. Her nice daughter speaks English and is ready to help you whatever you need. There are 2 really simple and affordable rooms and you are just a 3 tram stops to the Main bus station. Keep in mind that this is not luxury rooms. Also it is about 10 minutes slow walk to the main square. Rooms can be booked directly on her website: www.roomskvatric.hostel.com

Rooms Kvatric - nice rooms

Smoking is allowed in the rooms, so the smell is attached to everything - the air was stuffy. If you don't like tobacco smell, it is hard to be in the room. The room and bath room were unclean, all the chair covers and pillows on the sofa were dirty. I couldn't use the towels, because they were so poorly washed, that they smelled dirty and left an ugly stink on your skin. The owner didn't speak much english, she was very friendly, though.

Long way to railway station and to the center. Quiet area.
