The room was small but clean and equipped with the basic facilities. We also had an outdoor table and free fenced parking right in front of the building. Maria, the host, was very nice and helpful. 
The location is good, close to a beach and a beautiful forest/park, with some restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

Not very close to the Dubrovnik Old Town but walking there is doable and there is also the bus 6.

Decent accommodation in Dubrovnik

Basic room but close to much... bed was comfortable and space was sufficient. Bus #6 3-5 min walk from property and will take you down to the Old Town. Get you bus tickets slightly cheaper at the kiosk (orange in colour). Many paths to walk around in the neighbourhood. Close to the beach and 15 minute walk from the ferry. Coffee place close by, as well as a supermarket. Maria was like a mother/grandma willing to please and help. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great Location, Great Hostess, Great Place to Stay

It is a small room with bathroom, very basic but equipped with everything you need.The lady is very kind and available (although she only speaks Croatian), offers snacks, infused and a fresh beer on arrival and most importantly, has a very clean environment.There is also Wi-Fi and air conditioning,the only drawback is perhaps the noise of the water flowing through the pipes at night.The location, although a little defiled, is perfect, 2 steps from the main street of bars and restaurants and in the opposite direction, connected to the beaches in a few minutes, via a hidden street between the buildings.The price is definitely honest

It's a great solution.

We arrived from Pille on the bus of line 6, a 5 minutes walk we were in the living room. Clean, spacious and with a large bed. We received a reception with fruit, juice and a grateful beer. The owner does not speak any English but is very kind. A 5 minutes walk there is a wonderful beach with a chiringuito with music next door. It is worth going.

Very basic and small room but did the job for us as we only use it to sleep and get changed!

Owner does not speak much English but not a major problem. Supplied us with fresh fruit on arrival! 

Good location in the Lapad area, a long hot 40/45 minute walk to the old town or you can get the bus around the corner. 

Basic but in a good location 

This accommodation, which has nothing to envy a hotel, has everything necessary to make your stay in Dubrovnik a perfect stay. The location is exceptional, a 30- or 40-minute walk from the historic center (10 minutes by bus) and a 5-minute walk from Lapad beach. Located in a pleasant and very quiet neighborhood, with all the amenities; two bus lines to the center, supermarket, restaurants, etc. The room is spacious, all rooms have independent access and have all the amenities you expect to spend a few days of rest; a large bed and comfort, a refrigerator and cupboard with juice, beer, fruits and other courtesy. Hervidor, and the room of safety, we would be able to prepare a tourist and the room of comfort.

An excellent choice for a few days off!

This accommodation is in the Lapad area of Dubrovnik, about 10 to 15 min bus ride No 6 (12 kunas/15 kunas) to the old city with a bus stop just a few minutes walk from the hotel. A local supermarket and many restaurants and bars around serving good food.
It's also just a few minutes away from the beach.
Maria's one of the kindest host I have ever met, although she barely speaks English, she's been very welcomy. We requested a taxi and she booked us a less pricey one on our arrival and departure at 150 kunas each way. A beautiful room with ensuite bathroom, washer, A/C, very comfy bed and fresh towels supplied everyday. A seating area also available outside the accommodation.
Wi-Fi was really good and we had a bowl of complimentary fruits and some juice and beer in the fridge upon arrival.
Fantastic stay!!! We couldn't ask for more.

Great accommodation in Lapad Dubrovnik

Beautiful room, excellent cleanliness, excellent service, Maria the owner and fantastic, she speaks only Croatian but if she makes it clear, nothing is missing, I will definitely return.

It's perfect.

I've been staying in room 3 for the past week with my boyfriend and can only speak highly of this place! Maria was incredibly welcoming, left clean towels for us every day and even brought us delicious homemade cake! She also gave us an umbrella for our stay which was incredibly useful as it rained a fair bit more than we were expecting. 

The room was spacious and clean and we didn't have any of the WiFi problems the other reviewers have mentioned. The only small issue was that the shower went cold after one of us used it so the other had to wait a while but this wasn't much of a problem. 

The location was perfect as others have already explained and I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again! 

Great location. Lovely host. Highly recommended! 

We certainly didn't expect luxurious conditions, because we knew it was a hotel at home, but still instead of our chosen room on the second floor with a balcony on the first floor, we got a very dark and even dim lamp that didn't save us. It was clean, but there were no blankets. It was very noisy when the second floor was taking a shower or just dropping the water, no sound insulation and it was good that we stayed there for only one night.
