Had a very comfortable stay here recently. Lots of great restaurants nearby, being so close to downtown Victoria, yet in a quiet residential neighborhood. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the facilities were excellent. I’d highly recommend for anyone visiting this city!

Comfortable boutique hotel in excellent location

The rooms were clean and comfortable. They no longer serve breakfast and afternoon tea, but there is a small square bar fridge and Keurig coffee machine in the suites.  Dishes and cutlery are availabe in the atrium.  You can also use that space if you don't want to eat in your room. The location can't be beat, close to public transportation and tourist sites but also in residential neighborhood. 

Family get away 

Visited during a record heat wave in mid June.  The Inn does not have air conditioning, but suite windows open and they do provide a fan.  The big plus was the little deck off our suite, in the sun in the morning and shaded in the afternoon.  The decks are shared on most units, but have a bistro style metal table and two chairs for each suite.  The small fridge had a hard time keeping up with room temperature.  The central ice maker was closed due to Covid protocols, so our refreshments were cool but not icy cold.  The James Bay neighborhood is amazing, full of heritage houses and there is a self-guided walking tour available online or with a brochure you can pick up.  There’s a coffee spot/confectionary across the street and two groceries within a five block walk.  Four or five eatery options very close, and a ten minute walk gets you past the historic parliament buildings, waterfront and to the downtown.  Great location.

Great experience, despite the heat

Very cute and quaint locale.  Even the smallest rooms are spacious with a queen bed, a sitting area with a mini fridge and coffee maker and a lovely little deck.  The landscaping is beautiful.  Limited on site parking, but overnight on street parking is free.  Woke up to birds singing, just lovely.

So sweet

For a week, this unexpectedly set us back by $ 140.  At home, we only had a 2009 RCI Directory that showed that the units had kitchens.  Our reservation said "no kitchen".  We drove to Victoria with our 3/4 ton truck and camper, intending to eat breakfasts in our self-contained Bigfoot.  We paid the money,, and consider the breakfasts as something that one would not write home about. 
Sunday arrivals and Sunday departures means weekend BC Ferry fees to the mainland of BC.  Their Tuesday to Thursday ferry fees are lower (and senior passenger go for free)
The ambience is wonderful and the location superb for on-foot exploration of the vicinity.
On-site parking is a challenger, particularly for a truck+camper.   Supposedly 10 stalls. 

Compulsory $ 10 p.p. fee for breakfast, whether eaten or not!

The unit, location of the inn, and daily breakfasts made for a wonderful week's vacation in Victoria. It was the perfect timeshare exchange.  It is in walking distance from much that Victoria has to offer.  The staff could not have been more attentive. I'm eager to return.

An Outstanding B&B

A wonderful b&b to stay at. Breakfasts are $10 each and mandatory but so good with 3 courses. Location is central to city. Decor is beautiful and colorful.Parking is free.Ask for a room with fireplace.A bit pricey points wise. Wonderful,helpful staff. 

Central location and very classy

Nice Winter Break in Victoria, meeting many more couples taking similar breaks from most of the western provinces. Most were interested in the local walks and biking around our parks and trails in the area.

Nice for a stop over

The inn has large rooms and small bathrooms. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were lumpy. 

Good breakfast most days. Very nice  meeting area with fireplace. Staff were very nice and helpful. 

Close to the harbor and the sites.

Excellent location

Really enjoyed our stay at this cute little Inn. Very well cared for historical building with a great vibe and friendly staff. Beds are comfy, rooms are clean and they even packed up a breakfast for us the night before as we left really early for a flight.
