The hotel is a little old, but not run-down. Staff is respectful, nice and their English is good enough to get along. Good housekeeping with working and good fixtures in the room and bathroom. Parking is available if you need it. There is a breakfast on the top floor with an O.K. view. My wife and I would have liked to have a little more food at the 
breakfast. The lady who handled the buffet breakfast was nice and courteous and there were no issues.

Good hotel close to the train station

This hotel is a 5 minute walk from Nakasaki station, and 2 minutes from the Catholic church. The hotel is a little old outside and in the room, but for me it was quite ok. The English at reception wasn't great, but manageable. They provide free breakfast which was good. Breakfast is not a buffet style, it's set and the same every day, but it's ok. You hand over your breakfast coupon and you get a plate of little omelette, salad, sausage, tomato and yogurt. To drink you get tea, coffee or juice.

Staff was nice, there is no wifi in the rooms, but there is wifi in the lobby. I was lucky and my room was on a floor that managed to connect to the wifi. There is a LAN internet and the hotel staff gave it to me to borrow to turn it into wifi for my room.

I had booked a non-smoking room and so there were no problems there. In Japan, you need to specify whether you want a smoking or non-smoking room. 

I would definitely return there again. It's not fancy, but it's clean and very near to Nagasaki station.

Ok for a short stay

This hotel is a 5 min walk from the station and is very basic. The decor is very dated, and the bathroom tiny. We booked a non smoking room, but there were matches and an ashtray in our room!!! The most annoying thing was a lack power points! Having said that, the location was good ... Close to trains, buses and trams, and the staff, though lacking more than the most Vadim English, were friendly and polite. The breakfast room had a nice outlook and the breakfast was adequate and served by a wonderful, friendly woman.

Basic, Clean, cheap.

If you don't expect too much, this hotel will suit to you!
Cheap breakfast anyway, and the inverter is turned off during day, so when you come back after a tough workday the room is cold!!...
Nice employees though and quiet hotel!
Good location, 5min away by foot from Nagasaki Station.
I could come back next time!

You get what you pay for!

Booked a non smoking room, dropped off luggage in the morning so I 
can wonder about. Came back to the hotel and they put me in a smoking room. Clearly disregarded what was in the booking. Went to ask if I could switch room and the answer I got was they are fully booked. 

Unacceptable. Do not recommend to stay here. Amenity is super old and run down. Plus the experience it's an absolute no to this place ever again 

Worst experience ever

Not far from Nagasaki station, you can move around easily using public transport.
The room and toilet were good size, but decoration and commodities looked dated, and I found a big stain in the duvet, that should have been easily spotted by the cleaning staff.
Not the cheapest room I found in Japan, at least it should have included breakfast. Unexplainable for Japan: no wifi connection either!
They should consider a renovation and wireless connection.
