Great location, just a few minutes walk from bui vien, room not so big but confortable enough, with toiletries provided. Helpful staff for booking tour and transfer. Only issue the a/c heavy leak and the bathroom window.

Nice stay

My wallet was stolen and asked them whether they can give me the room money if I book a room several nights and pay online, but I won't check in.
A mid-age woman in front desk was happy to say that there was no problem. But after I booked 7 nights and paid, the front desk said they couldn’t give me the room money and the people in charge of reservation didn’t agree to cancel the booking free and told me if I want to cancel the 7 nights booking I had to make another 3 nights booking and paid previously. In the end, their wishes came true, forced a wallet stolen man to pay for 3 nights without check in.

We stayed three night at Saigon Zoom hotel. The room was clean and nice and very near the backpacking street. We were able to book an extra night for less money than our initial two nights. We were very happy with the personnel of the hotel. My bag was stolen so we had to go to the police to report the theft. The lady of the hotel went with us to translate my story and to help us answer questions altough it was quite late in the evening. We offered her some many as a way to thank her, but she didn't even want it. The service here is very nice and the prices are good taking into account you're in the middle of the city center

Great service

Stayed at the saigon zoom to catch the 8am bus to mui ne. The hotel itself is pretty basic nothing fancy or luxurious. Good enough to serve as a base while you go explore the rest of Ho Chi Minh. 

But the best part of our stay was Thanh! He was super amazing like almost a friend. He helped us out with everything! Would return just because he works there. Bfast was just a egg baquette made by a lady and nothing else.

Overall, very simple dont expect too much.

Basic accomodation 

Very cheap hotel and you get what you pay for. Stayed here several times and rooms very dated and basic but you pays your money you take your choice. Along alleyway where hotel is on you will find on evening time typical Vietnamese cuisine and it is very popular with the locals.

Difficult to find but very reasonable

The bed was really comfortable and we thought the room and bathroom were very nice. The location was great and the staff very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed karaoke in the reception one afternoon when waiting to catch a bus. We would definitely stay again. The hotel was excellent value for money.

We enjoyed our stay

The staff were friendly but the room had seen better days. The hotel is situated up a side alley(good local food at night in alley) easy enough to find. The bathroom was large but outdated and worn out. I would not stay here again.

Friendly staff but old worn out hotel

The host said to us either did a promo on the deluxe room, which I'm not about given the prices posted on agoda. we've never slept so badly in Vietnam, the room was given on the street which is enormously lively (Friday night), too has our taste between the sounds of dogs, scooters, people, so take a room in the back of the hotel. we ask to change rooms after breakfast more than limit, and I really felt like he was bothering him and he wanted to sell me a room shorter than agoda once more, so check out after a night instead of 3 planned,ff had a

I took a top-class room. I'd rather say normal. Nothing superior. Not very clean. No toilet paper (okay but we're still in town) breakfast at 8:00, but at 9:00, apparently everything is off. For the city in cheap mode. It passes. Proof is 3/5. :)

It's cheap in Saigon.

The hotel was well located, nice welcome, clean for an affordable price, after a night in the hotel we went to South Vietnam and the same evening I look for my dollars to pay for our new hotel and I realize that I miss 50 dollars, I think that on the way I have to lose them but I didn't know how given that I didn't put my special bag where I hide my papers and money, but I still have a little soup.
