The rooms are being refurbished but the quality of services leaves a little to be desired.

Staying as a duo

I think they don't speak Spanish, but it's okay if you speak French, as in our case. We had an incident with the room: the bed tables (which are quite simple) broke down and we were switched rooms. The bathroom had a shower with good water pressure, but it was quite small and the drain was out. The room had a balcony on the street. There was no TV and the WiFi signal didn't reach well. They also offered breakfast, but it seemed a little different for me.

I am currently staying here but my plug socket doesnt work!so cannot charge phone or make tea!have asked a man i presume in charge with my limited french and backup of google translate with no help!unfortunately fee is nonrefundable!luckily my mum is here and i am with a pilgrimage but i wouldnt advise staying here its not a safe looking place!

Very welcome from the boss, the rooms are clean and tidy enough for a stay in Lourdes, three good locations close to the sanctuary.

One night at the St. Christopher's Hotel very poor room, especially the bathroom and toilet corner! The elevator is tiny. The breakfast is very nice. The boss is very friendly.

I stayed at hotel Christophe for 5 nights and very much enjoyed the stay. I went in between the season as I cannot take too many tourists at once and because everything is more personal and better value for money. I stayed in a lovely room overlooking the Boulevard to the front from my balcony and from the back (garden) I could see the castle 😄. The hotel was very clean, I had my towels changed at least 3 times and my bedding twice. The hotel manager Mr Malek Is a lovely man with good English and a wonderful personality. I had breakfast once and coffee 4 times. I highly recommend the coffee which tastes excellent 😊 and is good value for money. The breakfast is simple but yummy croissant, rolls, butter and jam and lovely coffee as stated. Being a back packer I do not usually tip much but they would have deserved it! If you have money be generous. The best feature of the hotel is the location, the castle is literally round the corner from the hotel and the Basilica is a very short walk 😄. Everything us relatively easy to get to. I went to Garvanie, the cave Grottes Bertharram , the lake and many more things like Pau and pick the jure. I will be back and would definitely stay at hotel St Christophe again 😄

Loved all 6 days and 5 nights 

We spent two nights at the St Christophe Hotel this summer. The boss was very welcoming, good advice for visits, was attentive, available, warm and friendly. There is an elevator, convenient if you have suitcases. The rooms were small and simple but pleasant and clean. We had a nice direct view of the rock and the castle. The only problem I would raise would be the lack of electric sockets in the rooms to connect the phones....but this is just a detail. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for simplicity in their travels!

A great boss.

We spent 3 nights in this hotel; very kind boss, and available to give practical advice.Good price-quality ratio, if you consider the time spent in the room.Little old as a structure,but which reminded me of my childhood,and it was an appreciated side.Everything was there,room,excellent mates,excellent pillow,it even provided us with a little extra heating.We slept very well.Little elevator, nice comfort when you get home very tired.And most of all, the other price,it's the proximity of the sanctuary.I recommend it if you're a couple without children.It's an address that I carefully keep, and I recommend it.

This place needs to be renovated and soundproofed, a shame because the place could be nice and not far from the cave noisy neighbors especially the bar just below

It's not good and it's not bad.

I stayed three nights in September of this year, the highlight of the place is the location, the price and the attention. The owner's attention was very good, in addition to advising me as to the place I could check out in the afternoon and without any additional cost. The place is simple and very quiet, my room was very comfortable and also had a good view of the castle Fort Pyrenean. The price was good considering the proximity to the sanctuary, something else for that price would be a shared room in a hostel and not a personal one. The only detail would improve the reception of wifi, as the signal would be concentrated more in the reception.
