The reception and attention of the staff make you feel like you are a relative. Very hygienic rooms and sanitary facilities, comfort, and familiar environment. Very good location. Safety is permanent. Good prices.

It's more than just a hotel.

Very good location in the center of Buenos Aires, the staff is very friendly and attentive to the passengers, the apartment is air-conditioned for 4 to 6 people, the right and necessary in terms of equipment, but very comfortable and cozy.

I spent four days in one of the apartments in this building. The staff is kind enough to give you any information. We needed to leave some of the luggage until the day we returned to Italy. They immediately rushed to offer us a place to leave two suitcases. It's a really great location. The apartment had a lot of flaws but the location and staff definitely mitigated them.

Good location.

It's an apartment hotel, you didn't expect a hotel. The solution is good for families with small children who need a kitchen and two rooms. The central location helps you visit downtown Buenos Aires without having to take a taxi or other means. In the presence of children it's easy to get in for a break and start the tour again.

Central position

In my experience, a valid solution: very central, clean, kind and available staff, good quality price ratio, negative note: a first coercive little varies, which is not to diminish general appreciation, no judgement on the kitchen, which I have not used.

A Good Solution

Despite the good location in the city centre this hotel does not pay the asking price, with little more you can go to the nearby Claridge, there is no hall, the narrow corridors are closed and a nauseating spray has been sprayed to cover the storm, the squallid rooms have old toilets and need a refurbishment.

Smelly corridors

Absolutely not to recommend. Transandated, dirty, the curtains were of an indefinite color and for years they were not washed and still not enough to darken so early in the morning the stove is illuminated, the kitchen and equipment unusable, the back of the sofa bed covered with dust, the noisy air conditioning, the room where you serve the small and by no means cozy breakfast.
