I had the best time at Griffid Encanto !! The level of service was above and beyond my expectation...having worked in 5* hotel for several years in London, that says a lot !
Everyone is so kind and always give the best service with a big smile. The bedroom was spaceful and clean,  always warm water in the shower and good pressure. The drinks in the different bars are very tasteful, the main restaurant offers diverse choices for all taste, even vegan and healthy options. The seats on the terrace outside offers beautiful view on the sea.The spa is a little gem...a huge swimming pool with warm water, sauna, steam room...so relaxing. 
I booked the relax massage done by Tanya and it was perfect, I tend to be very tense in the neck and shoulders area and she has done some magic !! The sandy beach is lovely as well with the beach bar at hand to get beverages and food.
And finally, the infinity pool !! I am out of words...this is definitely the treasure of this hotel...the view from there is speechless!! I did not had a dip though as 15° is too cold for me unfortunately, but I could spend hours there just enjoying the view with a drink listening at the sounds of the wave.
My only regret aboit my stay is that I could not stay longer 😔
A big shout out to everyone working at the hotel for your amazing service particularly Gabriella at reception for always answering my questions with a big smile and kindness,  Dylan (Didi) at animation team and Tanya at Spa for the amazing massage. Will definitely come back for a longer stay this time.


Amazing holidays !!

We choose Grifid Encanto beach hotel for our vacation four times already. Because of the hotel itself, because of the friendly staff working there, because of the view of the room (a concept room). I recommend it!

Excellent experience

We stayed at Grifid Encanto for a week and it was perfect. But of the many things we got to enjoy during our stay, nothing compared to the Gala Evening, that consisted of a fancy dinner followed by IVAILO KOLEV’s powerful and intriguing performance. It was by far our favorite show. With his wonderful singing, charisma and energetic dancing, he managed to entertain people of all age. 
We’re looking forward to seeing him again next time we visit Encanto!

We spent a long weekend with the family. We really enjoyed the service, the food, the position ( on the beach). Despite it was May, we could  take sun bath on the beach. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The food was tasty, fresh and diversified.

Very clean, spacious rooms, tasty food

We visit the hotel with my family for the third time, we are impressed by the wonderful service, cleanliness, unique food and extremely friendly and responsive staff. The spa, gym and pool are very well maintained, clean. The animation, water gymnastics and sports activities feel for our good mood and a pleasant time. We can't wait to come back again.

Our dream vacation

From our arrival at the hotel the bartenders and other staff made us feel at home. They brought us special welcome drinks which were phenomenal. The hotel is very nice for couples, it has amazing location and luxurious spa. The best part was the staff members. All of them are very friendly and polite, especially the bartenders! The bar bosses Ivcho and Evgeni made sure we had amazing service throughout all of our stay. They made us their special cocktails which were more than perfect and always made sure that we are on our best mood! Krasi, Eric, Mitko, and the others made us feel very special at our holiday and were always polite and professional. The bar was always super clean and well kept. Dilyan and Erhi from the animation team kept us entertained the whole time! They were so charismatic and made u feel like u know them all your life. It was very fun with them. We had activities from early in the morning till late at night. Special thanks to Ivcho and Dilyan who Organized a special surprise for my birthday. They brought me a special cake with a bottle of champagne and sang me happy birthday which made me feel very special. We also would like to thank Ivon and Selin from reception! They were super responsive and even organised another special surprise that was served to our room. Super kind and helpful! Last but not least the Guest relation Jani was very cool and professional. She asked us about everything and made sure that our stay was perfect and that we took advantage of the holiday to the max! The conversations with her were a big joy and always interesting. Our rooms were perfect always well kept and always clean. I cannot express more gratitude to the amazing staff and management of this hotel. We will come back for sure! Recommend it 10/10.

Best service ever!

We have had a lovely 4 days stay here last spring and we have already booked another stay for this one. 
We've had the Concept room, which in my opinion, was worth the extra charge since we got a high floor sea view room, a special roof top a la carte breakfast, free acces for cocktails at the roof top terrace at night, designated acces to the jacuzzi terrace and a separate beach sun beds area with wooden sun beds.
We mainly went for the sauna and spa area which was lovely and not crowded at all. 
The main buffet was good enough for a 4 days stay, I cannot say if the courses vary or are repeated over a longer stay, but for us it was varied enough. We also had a la carte dinner at the beach restaurant and I have to say it was great. 
The only negative point I would have to mention is that the bed was not a king one and the two separate beds, although placed one next to the other, made sleeping somewhat less than comfortable. 
All and all, hoping that the service standards will be maintained, we are looking forward to our return. 

Lovely spring spa and beach getaway 

Apart from not being picked up from the airport as we was on a late flight no excuses though this should have been sorted not fair we had to pay twice too get transported but this is nothing to do with the hotel  just  be mindful of this if booking transport included.......other wise than this we Had a wonderful time there  highly recommend   very helpful and most staff friendly the  massive respect to the cleaners each morning done amazing created nice art pieces as towels to make the children happy 😁 great servers regarding food with a smile which spark up little conversations   entertainment for the children was great gave us a little brake too as parents thank you  Erhi and Delan for amazing work and making us feeling welcome  a highlight to our hoilday overall Great experience 

Great hotel definitely would go back thank you

That’s a super place. 
I have spent there weekend with my family. It was my first experience with Golden Sands, I am impressed. 
The hotel has excellent location with great vicinity to sea line and own beach. Internet was fast, rooms clean and spacious. I was surprised with quality of buffer they serve there and special appreciation for spa area-amazing!!! 
All staff is fluent in English and cooperative. I strongly recommend this hotel for family or business trip.

Super hotel in Bulgaria

We have stayed here for one week in August, traveling with small children. Although I am personally not a big fan of all inclusive hotels, I was pleasantly surprised. 
The room, hotel, restaurant and also beach area get 5 stars in cleanliness. All employees were wearing face masks and they were attentive for guests to obey the rule as well, where required (buffet area - masks and plastic gloves). The restaurant has a terrace facing the see, very lovely.
The restaurant offered a nice variety of food which was tasty and fresh (a good part of the food was prepared there, on spot). Minus here the sweets but maybe this is the Bulgarian cuisine. 
The hotel is located to the end of the resort and this is a good thing because it less crowded and you have options to get to the center if you want to.
The drinks were also nice in the beach bar with gin, prosecco, and pretty good wine.
Personnel is polite but they could be nicer.
Overall, I highly recommend it and we will be back for sure.
