Big rooms, big bathrooms ( hot water ), big beds, big terraces. All rooms facing the sea so you have a good view. We stayed a week and i was happy since snorkelling was just a walk down to the beach and it was quiet in the night. We slept with our door open all night so its also a safe place. Extremely nice local family who will do everything they can to make you happy.

The best deal in Amed, even for long term stay !!!!

Nice and clean bungalows with amazing sea view. The owners are a lovely family who care very much for their guests. There is a stairway down to the beach very close to the guesthouse. Exceptional value for money!

Rooms with great sea view

My partner and I showed up after we had booked our accomadation ahead of time. Our room was already taken that we had planned to stay for 3 nights. They said that they had a different room thar was more expensive then the one we paid for online and could just stay in it for the same price. We were happy with the upgrade, as this one had aircon. However, there was not a remote nor a way to change the temperature so it would be really hot or freezing in the room. In the morning, we got up and had breakfast (very basic, but fine), which was included in the price of what we paid for online. We got back to our room to relax and then the lady who served us was yelling at us from outside to come out. She demanded more money from us for our room type. When we explained that we were told to stay in the room at the same price, she continued to YELL. She yelled for money over and over, to the point that the management from next store had to come over. We had to settle in paying MORE MONEY due to their mistake. After paying, we immediately left with more time on our reservations due to the treatment. We found accomadation very easily at a different place down the street and stayed for 4 more nights in Amed. We have been in Indonesia for 5 weeks now and never had this treatment. I would NOT reccommend this place, they will try to get more money out of you!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

At the budget end but quiet, peaceful, lovely owner and staff, clean and tidy, air con and hot water, stunning view of the ocean, 4 poster bed with mosquito nets. We will certainly return, sampai jumpa.

Great value

100% recommend. Large comfy bed with nice linen. Huge bathroom that is basically one big shower. HOT water and lots of it. Family that runs the place us really nice and kind.  Super clean. Amazing views.

Con: It's a bit of an uphill walk from the nearest village, do you'll probably want to get a bike. 

Excellent Value

Super Hotel for a modest price! From the rooms an extraordinary view of the ocean, in the rooms clean, cozy! Very well maintained territory! Excellent wi-fi! The owners are very friendly and smelly! We must return again.

Bali trip

The room has a bed with a mosquito bed, storage furniture and a ventilator. The unpainted paint and a single plug (when you have to charge 2 cell phones, a camera and a computer, it's complicated) The ventilator is quite slow and the mosquito bed is almost unhealthy. If or if you need air conditioning. It's very hot!! The bathroom is basic and old. The view we had from our room was very nice, especially the morning. The staff is friendly. The breakfast has several options to choose from.

Nice place, the room is ok, the area really good for snorkelling. The restaurant is perfect and the family awesome. I recommend this place for how want have a great moment in amed for who want cheap price compare to the quality. 


Coin paisible

The staff is very welcoming, it's a joy to come in, it was raining and we were immediately brought hot coffee in the room, like a big drink) in the room it's cozy, the internet works well, hot water with flowers put the first letter of my name out, sweet)) but the coolest thing is of course the view from the terrace...))

Better than the rest of the hotels in Bali at this price.

How people rate this place as 4* I will never know. The room was outstanding, very clean (air conditioning is a must). We tried to save a little money on this because we are travelling for a long time however we caved in after the first night. The surroundings are beautiful, the view is awsome and the staff are very friendly and they can't do enough for you. They even offer you rides on their scooters and pick up. Also breakfast which is included, the balinese pancake is a must accompanied by a fresh fruit juice. Great way to start the day :) highly recommended
