We have stayed with Eva at Sineva del Sol on three previous occasions and her apartments, pool and surrounding areas are always spotless. Bedding and towels are changed regularly and nothing is too much trouble for Eva if you have a need or a question. The beautiful beach is only 150 metres and the lovely town of St Vlas, with it’s restaurants and bars, is just 15 minutes walk. A holiday in St Vlas with our wonderful hostess, Eva, is a truely relaxing experience.

Have a great time at Sineva Del Sol Apartments

This is the fourth time we've been to the Sineva Del Sol Apartments. Happy Lady! The pool is very clean, cleaned in a day, no sandblasts! 2 minutes walk to the sea!

Back at a great hotel this year.

Since there are more disadvantages than advantages in these apartments, let's start with a smaller (i.e. a good) 1 the biggest plus, it's quick access to shops and the sea 2 on the territory of the complex there are video surveillance cameras (though the security guard has never seen it) 3 despite the minimum 5 floors in the complex there is an elevator 4 there is a children's playground I think it's all. And now why shouldn't you come here: 1 pool is rarely cleaned, although on its area it's minimum 2 rooms is as simple as possible, cheap beds, dishes are not literally available, a bathroom, bathrooms are convenient, but there are comforts on the premises, etc. All the kids on the premises are in a terrible 3rd season where you can't play the internet, and it's impossible to stay in the same place, especially if you want to play the internet, and you can't get a lot of space, so if you want to play the internet, you can't get a lot of space in the area, you can't get a lot

After a year we came back to Sineva Del Sol Apartments What can I tell you, it's great! Service level, good location by the sea.

My husband and I stayed at the Sineva Del Sol Apartments in August 2016. Excellent location, close to the sea, cozy clean room, with all the necessary accessories in the kitchen. Special thanks to hotel owner Evelyn for the hospitality, kindness, tact, willingness to help in any situation.

A wonderful family vacation.

Due to lack of hygiene, I have health problems. The lack of hygiene problems were particularly concerning the cleanliness of the beds including bedding and the cleanliness of the bathroom. I am very disappointed because official sources have described something different about the hotel. It was a one-time action from me. A repeat is no longer taking place. The condition of the hotel does not justify traveling by car over 2,000 kilometers. How can it be done that after a one-time use of the shower the warm water is empty?

Complaint

 It's a quite place with pool, garden, parking (not so big, but free of charge for the guests), pool bar (happy hour 20-23 p.m. buy one cocktail take two).  We stayed two weeks in a sea view apartment. The rooms and balcony are big, equipped with everything you need. Cleaning is every day, changing sheets and towels - once in five days, but if you ask they can do it in three days. Internet access is on the reception and is good enough for work.  5 minutes walk to the beach, 10 to the center of Sveti vlas. The owner Eva gave us discounts in two restaurants near the complex SINEVA DEL SOL. Staff is very kind. Eva takes care of everything and everyone.

Perfect apartments for holiday

The hotel is located in the southern part of St. Vlas (Bulgaria), 2 minutes to the central beach on the 2nd line of hotels. Unlike hotels in the yacht harbour area (Dinevi Resort district), where the rooms lead to very steep stairs, in this part of the hotel. The access to the beach is very convenient, there is no steep climb of the terrain, the beach is located 2 minutes to the central beach on the 2nd line of hotels. The hotel is located right next to the beach, a straight road with a small bathroom at the very end, which is very convenient to stay until the shops around the main street with a small bathroom at the side of the street. The hotel itself is convenient enough to accommodate the children's shops and bathrooms at the corner of the main street. Family vacation in the Light of Hair

We stayed here for 10 days with our 2 youngest children . Lovely little hotel with very helpful and friendly staff, and the hotel was very clean  x our son uses a wheelchair and it was very accessible for him . The pool was Perfect for all ages with a small baby pool which our 2 year old enjoyed . We had a fab time here and will definately stay here again when we visit Sveti vlas x
