The fitst advantage is the view. It's located in the downtown, close to many landmarks and river. 
Room is clean. Breakfest is served to the room. Friendly helpful staff. 
But the walls are not good at soundproofing, so probably kight sleeper would have a problem here. One more thing is about TV, very specific choice of channels. 
It's better to add at least music channel for guest.

Nice to stay

Right in the centre of everything, easy access to the best restaurants.  Staff really helpful and kind including the ones in the entrance area on the ground floor. Only a couple of drawbacks, no coffee in the room, tea is part of the deal but having a coffee only husband, we had to buy coffee separately at Reception.  Not a huge problem, but sachets in the room would be better!  Also, breakfast not very good, stale bread, and microwaved omelette with salad. It would be better if they dropped the meal, as there are plenty of places close by where breakfast can be bought very economically.

Very Good Place to Stay

The hotel is located at the 19th flour of a tower building and offers a limited number of rooms. Standard rooms are not really spacious, but are well furnished and clean and all dispose of a balcony with a view on the river Dnjepr and part of the city. Each room is featuring a computer and free WiFi. The bathroom is nice and well equipped. 
Rooms are not expensive at all; breakfast is included. 
Breakfast is okay and sufficient; but, don’t expect great culinary experiences.
The staff at the reception desk is gentle and helpful.
There is a shopping center and a restaurant at the lower floors in the same building and several restaurants in the neighborhood of the hotel.
No great luxury, but very good for a few days’ stay.

SkyTech Hotel: a room with a view

Beautiful view from the window of the 19th floor on the Dnieper River and the city (the hotel is located in the building of the "Business Center"). Nice Interior and a beautiful terrace. There is a multi-level car park, nearby there is a shopping centre. Very pleasant and helpful staff, delicious food. The disadvantage is the narrow corridors and a shared balcony with neighbors from adjacent rooms. I had to constantly close the curtains.

Advantages:

Right in the city center, can walk anywhere.
Light interior, not outdated, but not fashionable or high-tech

Disadvantages:
Sometimes got water can suddenly disappear while you're taking shower. But there is cold still :)
If you pay for breakfasts, yet prepared that only 1/3 of the could be served. And better go somewhere to eat as coffee isn't included and the whole meal could be better.
Towels are changed each day but they don't look crispy fresh. Seems they are waiting for a retirement.
You'd her very sound from the neighboring rooms.
The view is amazing but as the balcony is common for all rooms - no privacy. You can find strangers on your balcony.
One air of slippers for two guests, 3 coat hangers, no night robes. Hairdryer was going to explode. Be careful in the shower - high threshold and slippery tile.

If you complain - the towels on't be changed and the amount of shampoo packs will be reduced.
