Great location... but due to the noise caused by the bicycle maintenance (air compressor), a relaxing holiday on the balcony is not possible, i.e. you have to leave the apartment as early as possible

It's a great location, but...

The Summerhof Rauber consists of 2 buildings with a total of about 18 apartments or holiday apartments and is located in Immenstaad, near the lake bridge. But the bakery and lounge are also within walking distance. The apartments inhabited by my family had a bedroom, a living room with more room but not for adults.

Ideal location by the lake

As every year, we went back to Lake Constance. The weather was unfortunately bad. The best places on the beach were not to be used. The high water was to blame. Mr. Robber must soon distribute maps. Sometimes I thought it was like in Turkey.

Home country

After a three-year hiatus, the yearning for the summer garden robbery in Immenstaad brought us back. Unfortunately, the weather was all over the place. Despite Corona, the stay at the robbery was great again. If everyone follows the rules, it's going to be fine.

Holidays 2020

Clean, family friendly, cheap and what was important to us, right by the lake..! Some apartments are with balcony right by the lake, the house is in the center of Immenstaad so bakers, butchers and supermarket right around the corner..! Beautiful and good restaurants.., everything in general great..! The accommodation is absolutely recommended, drinks for greeting, pets allowed.., very quiet..!

Just get out of here.

We were here for the first time and we were thrilled. The family is very friendly, the atmosphere is good accordingly. Our apartment was very clean and cozy. If there is a suggestion for improvement, then etc. maybe this or that picture on the wall - but no points for it. We will definitely come back!

Very clean, very friendly atmosphere

It's the eighth time we've been to the robbery, everything's back to super-class, the weather's great, the apartment's as clean as ever, Lake Constance was perfect for swimming, and if we all stay healthy and get an apartment, we'll be back in 2018.

Stuttgarter in the second home.

There are two houses right next to each other. In the courtyard each apartment has a parking space for each car. Sometimes it is close to the thing. You have to be careful. Over the road you get to the beach section of the summerhouse. There are beach beds, umbrellas and chairs for free use. The summerhouse is centrally located. You don't actually need the car. The baker and butcher are just around the corner. A rewe and Norma (in the holiday home) have a large size for big shops as well. Optionally you can get a 9.50 euro breakfast in the summerhouse. We didn't take this in and enjoyed the holiday home. Unfortunately, we could also have a nice breakfast in the family room. We also had a nice reception at the racetrack, but most of the bed and breakfast machines were not very good, but we had a nice reception here with our wife and two friends.

Accommodation directly by the lake

We were here for three nights with our one-year-old daughter on a short vacation apartment clean, breakfast top, great location, host nice, we felt comfortable around, we'd like to extend, but unfortunately everything is booked out! next time we stay longer!

Very lovely and specious apartments, I felt home the minutes I walked through the doors.
We had the apartment that faces lake Konstant which is a stone throw from the apartment, they even have an allocated beach garden where one can sun-bathe or swim.
It is a family run private hotel and I met some of the family members who work at the hotel, they are very friendly and always available to support and give information whenever needed.
Breakfast was very delicious and plenty to choose from, there are several restaurants along the lake where one can have dinner, or the other alternative use the spacious kitchen that comes with the apartment and cook something..
The only down side about the hotel is the check-out time, in my opinion 09.00 AM is too earlier, I will request if they can push it to 11:00 AM which is the standard check out time in most hotels.
Otherwise I will highly recommend to stay at this hotel if you are visiting the Lake Konstanz region, it is also the best place where one can go with children.
