The hotel is well situated, halfway between the city centre and the Moselle, perfect as a drop-off point. Ideal for small budgets at 46 € a night but the services are the same: rather small rooms with the strict minimum, not great bed, quite noisy. As for the service it is also basic, not especially friendly.

Cheap and close to the city centre

Excellent: dinner. Very good atmosphere in the place. Restaurant: old and charming ambience. Funny and nice typical dryers hostess. Hidden, but centrally located. Right under city theater and city hall.

Nice hostess

We arrived in the afternoon but there was no one there to take us in. Behind the front door was a safe which was explained to us after we called an abandoned phone number. everything worked in the safe were the keys to the room door. The room was really small but this was also described in the prospectus or on the check-in: small room. The bathroom was very much also out accordingly. Everything was clean and for a night we had made it was enough to pull anything to object that everything was very bright. At 6:47 the car came in the trash. and there you sat up straight in bed. The night was over. It was commendable to mention but the breakfast it came all the hands of the coffee was awarded and I would like to have it all prepared in the hotel so that if you were to consider it, it would be really nice and if you were to take care of it, I would have been able to take it all in the hotel in the future.

Visit to the Karl Marx House

Since I am very often travelling to Trier as a professional, I am still looking for a hotel that will be my second home. The check-in by phone worked after the third call. The key must be taken out of a safe before 6pm. The house is a little old. The room is very soft at first glance. The bathroom I found in the shower and in the toilet as well as on the bedsheet hair of the previous ones? I saw the toothbrush glasses used. Everywhere there was dust. I was glad to have had antibacterial spray on it. The bedsheet is on the faucet. The mattress was very soft, you could feel the old pieces of metal.

I wanted to test it.

At Booking.com, everything looked fine, but it was very dusty and lightly down. There were noisy pubs around. Rooms with few plugs, not even the second light. Plus the women who keep it alive, helpful and friendly.

Coming into the years

Very bad location and service. Noise from neighbouring shops until late at night. No reception. After calling and entering the code (in the dark and without reading glasses very problematic) you can get keys from a safe behind the front door. Then you have to wait until 6pm to check in, until then no one is there... If you're thirsty or hungry, you're unlucky. Restaurant is closed. Price for parking = 8€/day. 20 minutes wait until another guest's car is driven away to get out. Cancel as close as possible. The management has trouble with the bookings. Not yet.

Short stay

Hotel staff were very good with us. Clean room, great Wi-Fi, lo ely and warm, I found parking a major problem at first but hotel allowed us to park free in their beer garden xxx room big, shower brilliant. Excellent English speaking. I liked my stay here thanks x

Very pleasant stay

Very well located and quiet to visit the old town of Trier on foot, with nearby parking but not free. Normal, but very quiet rooms with restaurant and bar on the ground floor.

Hotel well situated and quiet.

We really enjoyed the service at the reception, we didn't know anything about Trèves and the receptionist, who spoke impeccable English, explained all the destinations to visit and recommended a great restaurant. The rooms are basic but we were 3 and were very satisfied with what we had for this price.

Great for visiting on a small budget and being close to everything

Accommodation is correct. The room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is very cozy and varied. The hotel is next to a parking lot and quite close to the city centre. However, we slept very poorly due to part of the incessant outside noise (the hotel is in a hot area) and curtains that let the light through...
