Augustow

Very cozy BB in excellent location in the beautiful town of Augustow! 

Clean room and bathroom, old time feeling house, hall and stairway decorated with lots of old photos, paintings and mirrors. This house got character.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast.

Only thing you can do is to give 10/10!

This time we had time only for a one night stay on our way to Italy but we hope to stay longer some time in the future!

Great BB in Augustow

A classic breakfast with room delivery is included in the price, a side-focused handmade motorcycle rack is attached to the parking lot, coffee, unrestricted tea, volunteer staff, WI-FI is excellent.

A spiritual place

We got a room on the third floor, and we had a room on the second floor. On the second floor there is an outdoor staircase, and the doors of all the rooms go to the common gallery (terrace). On this terrace are installed chairs and tables, you can sit, relax. In the room there is a TV (Polish channels), a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a bathroom with a toilet. We had a room on the third floor, and in the room were just separate floors. In the basement next to the house there is a buffet, where there is a tea-coffee-salt-sacchar, one man-made accessories.

Rested like a farmhouse!

A good option is to stop and rest for very little money. Shower, teapot, dishes, etc. The owner Pan Paul is a very caring and responsive person like the other employees. Vai Fai works great. We lived in a big house and a small one, in the yard. It's comfortable everywhere. In the yard the dining tables are cozier etc. You can order breakfast. For 20 euros for two is very good. Respect to the owner.

It's a great option.

It's quiet, you can walk to the canal. Breakfast is brought to the room because there's not enough room. The motorcycle could be in the garden. A slightly larger garden lawn allows for a nice outline of the day.

Comfortable accommodation

B&B is in really good location, with private parking and serves good breakfast (breakfast is brought to the room in agreed time). Rooms are simple and "ascetic", but clean and seems to be well maintained. For 1 night stay it was more, than enough, but it could be a problem for longer stays.

Stary Dom proved to be more of a camping site than a B&B. 

The check-in was awkward; upstairs the steep stairs. The garden room had clearly been flooded; the carpet was soaked...The beds were so-so...

No one ever asked about breakfast, but it arrived within minutes of a call. And: cash payment in euros was accepted...

It certainly was comfier than a tent... but...

An awkward experience

It's clean, cozy! There was a shower in the room (which is rare, because usually there is one shower room for three or four rooms) There is a parking lot, wifi. From the center are two streets. The host is very kind and attentive! You won't regret it. On the next trip we will only go there!!!

I'd advise you.

It's good, it's bad, it's different rooms in different states, it's not air conditioning, it's not good Wi-Fi, and if you're sitting in the yard talking, you like it, but if you want to sleep, you don't like talking in the yard.

A stop on the way to Germany.

Nice and cozy place with private parking. Very convenient location. Calm area. Walkable distance to the center. (By the way, the canal is really great for a walk.) The facilities are well kept. It has a stable WiFi and a very helpful staff. The rooms are bright, spotless and spacious with all needed things. We had a good night's sleep. Nothing disturbed us. It has a space with free coffee, tea, kitchenware and more. 
We had good breakfast served directly to our room. We really enjoyed our stay. Overall, very nice and tidy B&B. Good value for the money. It has very good service. Great for a quiet stay. Recommended.
