I've spent several thousand nights in hotel rooms in my life. There's a mini-room and a kind of desk in particular. There's only one thing I'd have to consider worse than the Stephen Center Bed & Breakfast. Unfortunately, I didn't choose this, it was part of a farewell trip. I'm starting with the positive aspects: the situation is great, the shower is hot, the towels are superb! There's a mini-room and a kind of desk in Vienna.

Almost ruined the vacation

My wife and I are Josée and Joe nomadic travelers who choose to visit Tirana Albania city.  Although we didn’t know Barb and her husband we stayed nearby and found them.  From the moment we entered their restaurant we were comfortable.  We struck up a conversation with Barbara ate chatted with others feeling completely happy.  For us American & Canadian it’s cool sitting in a little bit of both our countries.  The food was excellent as well as their pleasant staff.  Cold draft beers full bar incredible specials at very good prices and I’m sure the B&B is as good as the rest.  Come enjoy an amazing city and feel at home here

A Touch of home in Albania

It was my third visit to Tirana. The hotel is very well located, it is about 300 meters from the central square. It is small, it has only 7 rooms. It is a simple hotel, very well cared for, daily cleanliness and care. Although simple, it is welcoming and everyone is attentive with guests. The hotel restaurant serves very good small lunches. It is not a 5* hotel, but I rank with 5, because of all my visits to Tirana, it was one of the places that made me feel safer and at home. I recommend.

A hostel with a homey feel.

Staff great, place was clean and tidy.

Had the lasagne special with Greek salad washed down with a large Stella. All was excellent and compared to UK very cheap.

Would definitely return if I'm in Tirana again.

Good food, but prices are a little expensive for Albania, apparently most people who come will be foreigners, small glass of beer is pricey 300, leke:( wow, pizza is like amercan pizza, I’m from chicago so i know:)

Prices

This is nice huesthouse with restaurant in the centre of Tirana . The rooms whilst basic ade adequate although because of street noise I would recommend rooms to the back side . There is a breakfast allowance at the restaurant downstairs. As a place to meet people its ideal being central and in the mewly renovated square and pedestrian area with a great selection of shops and restaurants. . The basic accomodation is made up for by the friendly staff in my view .

Friendly and well located

We spent 4 excellent nights in Stephen Center.  Great location.  The square and the walking streets are vibrant, day and night. We were just around the corner from open market, lots of shopping and endless food!!

The restaurant in the B & B was a find. Be sure and try the pizza.  (They have a secret family recipe).  Steak fajitas ... amazing! Photo of the square with Stephen Center on right (yellow)

Quiet and Comfortable

This is the perfect place if you want to eat American style, we mostly go there for breakfast, because honestly they make the best waffles in Tirana, topped with cream and strawberries, but also your choices in eggs, sausages etc. it comes with endless coffee just like the diners in the states. For Lunch and dinners you can have your choice of burgers with French fries and pizzas or their daily specials. The service is always very friendly and correct with very good English and like to have a little chat so now and then. In the spring/summer it is very nice to sit outside to see the people walk by who are going to the market. And now also open on Sunday's.

Perfect place, not only for dinner.

We spent three days in Tirana and were enthusiastic about the location near the center, but still quite quiet. The staff were extremely helpful, we were kept free of charge in a parking lot right by the house and a laundry service was arranged. The room was large enough, with a desk and shower. Only the cleaning (the bath) could have been done a little more thoroughly.

Pleasant stay, close to the centre

The Stephen Center has a church-like background, but it's also a good choice for ordinary travelers! Beautiful, very clean rooms, just a five-minute walk from the center of Tirana. We especially enjoyed the breakfast: American Breakfast à la carte, freshly pressed juices, everything included in the package already cheap room prices, and that until 11:30 AM!!!
