Great motel accommodation. I have dietary requirements and the head chef went out of his way to make me some beautiful food. The staff here are always cheery and helpful- you feel wanted rather than an inconvenience like other hotels. Rooms are perfect- the heating is amazing. No complaints. I am here on business but I would not hesitate to stay here for pleasure with my family. Great guys that work hard to please everybody

Nice hotel with exceptional staff and service. You are treated as family from when you arrive till the day you leave. Excellent food and the staff bend over backwards to accommodate what we needed. An exceptional stay made better by the warmth of the entire team.  Highly recommended. Nice rooms with Air Con and services daily. Highly recommended

Stayed during covid

The staff here are superb, the hotel is a short walk from the ferry terminal and the location is perfect if you are working in the port. Food is outstanding and, for the area, very good value. Rooms are comfortable and are being upgraded to have A/C and a fridge in each room.

staff work tirelessly and owner is very customer orientated

Made booking through booking.com. We sent a message to this hotel, that we would be coming with two dogs. Checked in, the clerk saw the dogs. Checking out the next day we were told off in a very unpolite and harsh way that we should have checked in the dogs aswell. ”Told off” as in basically given an angry lecture, with no respect as guests. Pointed out, that we had let them know forehand and we had been seen with dogs in the hotel. Finally we were told to never come again and to f*off. 
Oh, and the room run out of air and is either dusty or moldy. What an awful experience, to be avoided!

Return customer. The place indicates some deterioration compared to last time (malfunctioning shower tubing and malfunctioning table top fan), but there is still value for money considering the location by the ferry. Small but clean room. The restaurant serves decent food.

Basic but sufficient, convenient location by the ferry

Stayed for 2 nights so we could use the day between for a shopping trip to Neumünster. For that purpose the hotel is perfectly located close to the ferries. The room we had was clean with ok beds but no air condition, just a fan. The breakfast is quite poor, still You will find the most necessary stuff. Friendly staff!

Cheap but still clean and comfortable

It's literally JUST after passport control at the Rodby ferry terminal. This means you're not in the town, but it turns out that there isn't really one. That being the case, if you are just arriving from or to Denmark and it's time to sleep, this place has beds! And a restaurant and bar, though not much in the way of atmosphere.

Nice people, convenient location, very budget hotel.

Very soft beds in the single room. No room temperature is unbearable in the summer. Very noisy because every half an hour a ferry arrives and several trucks pass by the hotel room. If you should then book rooms from the back. Staff friendly and helpful. Single checking and booking at the entrance is possible.

Accommodation is clean, but...

The rooms are perfectly clean, well equipped and spacious for this type of hotel. Hotel located just outside the ferry, a little noisy but bearable Good shower and toilet in the same place without shower receptacle so if you use the toilet after the shower you need the palms! But it's okay. On the other hand, automatic reception no staff at 6 pm it still goes by! Restaurant closed nothing around! And breakfast though announced from 6 to 10 am NO, PERSON! In short, we won't have all of our stay! In person we go to bed empty stomach we leave empty stomach. the end of the evening I want but breakfast..... And then nothing at all!

It's too bad.

Friendly service at the hotel. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. It was very hot weather and there is no airconditiong in the rooms, so rooms were too hot. Conveniently by the ferry check in. The breakfast was poor, no vegetables or fruit. The service at the restaurant in the mornings was rude and in the evenings there were a poos girls alone serving many people. Kitchen and restaurant under staffed and unpolite.
