The place is so nice, rooms are always clean, beach always clean, life guards working all day, they make good focus with the guests, food is good, tasty, and good quality, staff in the hotel are helpful and smiling always to us, thank u for this vacation, we will Bach again as soon we can

We have stayed there with my friends. The stuff was really nice and the quality of accommodation also was a pleasant surprise. We had also a nice time swimming with fish and enjoying the nice pool temperature. The food is local Egyptian and it was ok.

The sunrise hotel met our expectations and the stars it has confirm its quality 😁
We went as a group of four - 2x 2 pairs.
At the beginning, the hotel is a pleasant surprise because despite the 40-degree heat, the facility is air-conditioned, so sometimes you can escape inside.
The reception team smiled even after our constant visits to them (problems with the lock in the room) and the banana remained in their faces.
Each room in the hotel is very large, air-conditioned and either overlooks the swimming pool or the sea (sometimes both).
The room was cleaned every day, the gentlemen were very professional, they made animals out of towels and even once there was a tiny lizard in the room (very rarely seen anywhere in the facility), but the cleaning men helped get rid of it.
The swimming pool is great, we spent most of our time there, it is cleaned every day.
The lifeguards at the pool are young and full of energy, eager to help you move towels and umbrellas, and they really improve your mood.
There are several animators who conduct various games and sports, but the best one is Ramy! A human orchestra will dance, sing, talk, help, really make you laugh and encourage you to spend your holidays actively 😁
The beaches are very nice, sandy, with some small pebbles on the shore, but shoes are not needed. The OK beach bar doesn't impress, but it doesn't discourage you.
The best bar is in the lobby! You can see that the gentlemen know the art of bartending and make delicious drinks, they are there to help you and most importantly: they can make a brew that will stop the pharaoh's curse when he catches you, really dear ones.
The chef is always smiling and talking to people during eating time, which I greatly appreciate 😊
Food hmmm... Well, everyone has different tastes, I'm picky, but I always find something good for myself. Typical Egyptian cuisine, but quite tasty.

But to make it not so colorful, there are a few disadvantages:
- sometimes there was no ice on the pool bar and beach bar
-it felt that some hotel employees treated Egyptians better
-the bathrooms are far from the main pool, which is problematic if someone develops a stomach problem 
-men in beach and pool bars should work on remembering the ingredients in their drinks because even if mohito was made three times, it was different each time
-no Polish music played by the pool (only on the last day, after pointing out this defect, Ramy immediately helped). 

So much from us.
If you are planning to go to this hotel to relax, I recommend it even in August, but if you would like to visit the city or the country, I also recommend this hotel only in another period, because it is too hot for sightseeing in August.

Lovely stay and the animation team are super friendly, everything is facilitated and good quality for money

Amazing trip

The food at the hotel is healthy, clean and varied. The chefs’ style is good. The waitresses come to ask us questions and talk to us. They are excellent. Their style is sweet, elegant and the most beautiful. I love breakfast and it has variety.
