We were greeted by a lovely,  helpful gentleman, but very disappointed with the room,it smelt. bed was very uncomfortable,kitchen oven and grill were filthy, pots and pans dirty.
Maybe they should move things to clean behind,need to clean inside cupboards.
Bathroom tiles filthy, could be a nice place if cleaned probably. 
Grounds were well maintained.

Needs attention

This complex is in a fantastic location. The management lets the complex down. The pool was not cleaned in the 8 days I was there... leaves in the pool. A chair stuck in the bushes behind the bbq area not retrieved. Chairs not rearranged on a daily basis around the pool. Broken outdoor lights & uneven pathways, ‘awaiting’ repair?


Great location

Good location. Very run down. Beds and sheets were clean but the whole apartment needed a good scrub. Greasy layer over everything in the kitchen. Curtains old and stained. Balcony could be a lively space but unkempt and needed a good sweep and mop.
 has potential  to be very good but defiantly needs a good clean, new curtains, kitchen cleaned and some better curb appeal

Needs a good clean

The 2 bedroom apartment needed a good clean. The beds were hard, clumps of dust flew off the fans onto the beds when turned on. The shower screen in en-suite was broken. The lamps didn’t have globes  in them. 
The staff were friendly and helpful. Was ok for one night but wouldn’t recommend for longer stays unless the upkeep of the apartments was improved. 

Disappointing 

It was the worst place I have ever stayed in.  Dirty couch with cigarette burns, dried blood drips in door, bottle top on floor in cupboard, curtains filthy.  I couldn't wait to leave. It is definitely NOT three star let alone nearly four.  The grounds were quite nice and well kept, but the apartments were shabby and dirty.

Stayed here for one night. it very outdated and needs a upgrading  renovations . The pool is good and the kids enjoyed that. location is in a great location close to the beach and restaurants. 
no front desk service. 

What you pay is what you get.

A very good 20 minute walk from surfers paradise, the John or Sue reception are super cool, they know the right plans very well, the apartments are super well equipped, spacious, great for very secure kids, I come down twice a year to this hotel is frankly I've never been disappointed, I highly recommend it.

We're from the Marquises of Nuku Hiva in the Pacific in French Polynesia, we spent a summer vacation in Australia and we were staying in this motel that we really loved, John and Sue were really great with us, we all had what we needed in our rooms, we had a swimming pool available, and a barbecue corner that we enjoyed for one night.
