The only thing that is okay with this hotel is - near Malaysian Street. thats all.

WHY DO YOU NEED TO AVOID THIS HOTEL. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED TO US:

1.Booked 2 months before arrival. when we arrived, THEY DONT HAVE OUR ROOM and send us to nearby hotel and ask to comeback tomorrow. we too tired and just agreed. next day we came to check in.

2. Hotel are dodgy and you can hear next door talking CLEARLY.

3. Theres no blanket. it is just a 1 piece thin fabric to act like a blanket.

4. Breakfast was horror. we walked out immediately.

5. Smelly toilet.

6. No complimentary mineral water. they charged when you check out. yes, they did not put any notice that they will charge you for a bottle of mineral water. 

7. they also charge you for IRON.

8. Countered 1 reception guy, ask for help. he just replied NO.

9. Only 1 old pillow for 1 person. Imagine waking up with this.

10.  Messy hotel. Old mattress and furnitures place in front of the elevator/corridor. Cleaning item too (refer photo)

11. I wonder when was the last time they wash their room curtain.

12. they never reply your request made months before check in.

13. The room showed in AGODA is 200% not the same with actual. Think again guys.

I would honestly suggest for you guys to opt for other hotel than this crap:

- A25 Hotel (located beside this hotel)
- Gia Huy
- Cititel

13 POINTS TO AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST

The location is great, you can't say no, but 90€ for 3 nights to pay for me to be kept up at night by a club/disco across the street until 1 a.m. and back at 8 a.m. from construction work???

What's that?

Great service, nice cosy place to stay for a short trip.
Staff were great.
Walking distance to all the attractions.
Ben thanh market was so close.

Was there in 2015 with my sister in law.

Central location

Bad experienced. I forgot and left my key inside the room. Then hotel said i lost it and i need to pay them 200K dong. I asked for view the incident on cctv and they refused. Viatnamese very tricky and always asked for tips and overcharges. I didnt feel want to visit Vietnam again. Terrible and tricky. Overcharges. Not worth it to spend money and shopping at Vietnam. So long and goodbye Vietnam. Me as tourist hate it.

If you need a clean affordable hotel this will suit you 40 mins from airport markets 150 meters away and plenty of place to eat bars have meals just a nice place to visit plenty of sight seeing plenty of taxis to get you there

Very clean hotel

The Good:
1.  Beds are comfortable
2. Basic Amenities are included, but don’t expect quality
3. Location is very good as it is located in District 1 and near Ben Thanh Market
4. Staff is very friendly and most of them speaks English

The Bad:
1. Breakfast at the hotel is very limited and even cold.
2. When I went into our room, it was not yet groomed, and it has a light which is not working
3. Television may not work well
4. WiFi is not as good.

Overview:
Despite being a budget hotel, I would not recommend this hotel due to its breakfast and not so good rooms.

Comfortable, but don’t expect much.

I could not go past this little hotel for its price and location. 
Situated right near the main market and right in the heart of this wonderful city. 

The rooms are cool and comfortable without the usual cost associated for the experience. The staff were more than helpful with my airport transfers and tour booking. 

The coffee lady directly outside the hotel is an ideal way to watch the world go by first thing in the morning. 

You will be hard pressed to find a better hotel within this price bracket.
$30 for a room is excellent value.

Clean and quiet- a nice surprise

Plus point of Hotel
1)Location: Nearby Ben Thanh Market , around less than 5 mins walk.
2)Clean though its a 3 star hotel
3)Good housekeeping services, clean your  room everytime you left the room, unless if you put a do not disturb  sign.

Minus point
1)Water pressure of shower very low.
2)Room service unexistent, called to request for extra towel as well as ice, never came at all.
3)Counter staff , not in uniform. Staff on duty at night seen lying on sofa  watching TV.

Average

Travle with family with 3 room, 2 dulex rm & 1 family suite rm. Stay for  3 night  As room is clean and fresh for a new boutique hotel in ben thanh market area. As we were engage with travle tour, we dont not spent to much in the room. Overall good quality rm.housekeeping not an english spoken. Breakfast were limited more likely for 260pcs and for muslim it serve halah food as most were malaysia travler stay in the hotel. Staff were friendly but they can only understand min english and malay. Room mini bar drink is charges , charges is not stated  in the room compendiuem. To drink any drink in the mini bar check with front office staff for the price. Room liner and blanket is clean on stain. 

This to improve:
Room is dusty, need to clean and Mop regularly. 
Mini bar need to have more option of choice, like chocolate 
T.V guide need to be  provied as guest can view The channel. 
Front office staff have to issues 2 key card  at less as to keep the room cool with aircon on. 
Provied map for saigon area. 
Front office have to smile and greet guest upon they approach the desk or enter the hotel ( this is to hotel service ) 



Awsome stay !!! 

Stayed from 31 January to 11 February 2016 Guests I spoke with, like myself after several stays, found that the hotel is very badly degraded. Air conditioning is out of order. It is impossible to adjust the temperature and air flow. Linge salt stored in common areas. No breakfast, when there is a minimum, degraded without coffee and 2 eggs on the plate. Wifi without internet connection This establishment is to be banned to date!
