The hotel is very well located near the airport and not far from the city center. Very clean and large rooms. There is only one thing I have to criticize and that at the time of breakfast, my mother and I were eating and the lady of the site, if she has sat on one side in another chair. so I couldn't eat well with her looking up, I wanted to repeat and drink more things because I was hungry and she was like a silent statue watching everything my mother and I do. I honestly felt uncomfortable, I felt I couldn't even talk. so that's why I missed the pass because breakfast is so important to me, so I was hungry to stay away from it.

The hotel was clean, but in the breakfast room it was like a statue.

We found this structure after a careful search on the Internet, strangely very well-accredited, but I disagree both for the level of courtesy of the lady who welcomed us, and for the same characteristics of the rooms and bathrooms, obtained in an apartment of mediocre quality. To get to the second floor via an uncomfortable staircase. Have you ever found yourself in a b&b having to SHARE the bathrooms with other guests? Two bathrooms, four rooms, a couple of guests already present and we are told that the bathrooms can be used by all the guests present indifferently. We suggest let us have the availability of one of the two bathrooms (being a family of 4 people), reserving the other to us of guests.

A B&B like that I could do too.

Despite the 4 hours delay due to our flight, the reception was very warm!! The hotel is ideally located, we came on foot from the airport (less than 10 minutes) and we went on a walking tour also 15 minutes from the centre of the resort) The hotel is very clean, very quiet and also cheap! I highly recommend!

Super in every way.

An excellent starting point for visiting the city with all sights on foot. Very clean rooms with bathrooms, although they are only 2 for all rooms. Breakfast is satisfactory.

The hotel has a very good location. Between airport and central railway station.
The breakfast was average even worse.  There is only two bathrooms and toilets for all rooms.I will not go there again..

Good location

Giovanna, our host, to summarize her in one word, is just a b**ch. While the B&B was in a good location being really close to the Central Station, her bad attitude is just downright unacceptable. I agreed with some of the reviews here how she watched her guests' every move as if you owe her something for her letting her stay at her B&B. After the checkout at 10AM, she also told one of us who wanted to stay over for a while longer to use the wifi that she could not hang out at the B&B to do that. Really?!?!? Her bikes also didn't work, after riding them for 5 minutes the chains gave out so we had to return them right away. And finally, when we asked to use the restroom when we picked up our luggage to depart Pisa, she said that it could not be used because they had been closed. That was at 6PM, and yes her restrooms were closed at 6PM as she claimed. Awful customer service! I do not doubt that you will be able to find an equally affordable place to stay at a much better customer service elsewhere in Pisa.

Excellent spacious atmosphere cozy and very clean breakfast excellent and abundant kindness and hospitality by the lady rather close to the airport and on a low-traffic road recommended excellent wifi

Good bed and breakfast.

The cost is low, very clean and cozy, not far from the train station and the airport, the bus stops are not far away.In short, I was satisfied with my overnight stay, although I have to report the lack of TV in the room.As a person who uses it, you will return if this means of information is installed.

Some deficiencies can be overcome, like the TV in the room.

I stayed one night in this little b&b and I don't regret it at all. Very close to the airport in a quiet little street with a few parking spaces for cars. Room with shared bathroom but that's not a problem. Very clean room and bathroom nothing to blame. A place I highly recommend.

It's a great b&b.

Our room overlooked the street which was very noisy. We are in Pisa otherwise it would have already closed.
