the manager dee is a crap manager everyone else basically does his job for him, thanks to Anne-Marie & Debbie who had gone the extra mile with safe guarding and supported me so much!! I’m so thankful for you both!

Manager is terrible

The most lovely staff ever, all the girls made my stay much more smiley 😊 I needed to stay there for a couple of weeks whilst I was sorting out moving house, and honestly I would have stayed longer if I could have!

Brickhill travelodge is the place to be 😂

The room was clean which was very important to me. The price was reasonable and I was happy there. A quite and calm area on top of the Bedford, where you can have a nice walk. Overall, the hotel was great and if I want to go to Bedford, this hotel will be my choice.

The best hotel in Bedford with safe car park. Staff is friendly!!!! You can always count on them . Breakfast is good . Also is a vending machine next to reception. I can recommend this hotel for everyone!!!!

Manger kicks ppl out- when I had passed out on the floor, it wasn’t concern it was that I’d put their ratings down a star. as id scared someone from being on the floor, now have no where to stay.

We paid £82 for a night in this hotel thinking it would be fine. I was completely wrong! The carpets were dirty, the toilet and shower were embarrassing to look at and the whole room smelt of inconvenience. Don’t get me started on the lift, it wasn’t working when we got there so if you’re planning a stay with bags, might as well plan on carrying them on your headtop as the stairs are many. And why was the water £2.50? This isn’t Heathrow!! Hotel needs some refurbishment tbh

The hotel was perfect for what we needed. Somewhere to stay whilst visiting family. We had seen that the lift wasn’t working so rang the hotel and they were so helpful. My parents were given a room on the ground floor and we were happy on the second floor. It was so quiet overnight both on ground and second floor. 
The rooms were spotless and Debbie on reception was very helpful,
I don’t know what other reviewers who put one star  experienced but for us it was the complete opposite.

Excellent stay at this Travelodge

Couldn’t fault the service, was very helpful and friendly would highly recommend 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 the room was very clean and tidy and the car park was had plenty of space .. although you have to enter your registration plate before hand

Great service

Hotel was easy to find - using the instructions on the website and check in was straight forward including input of car registration.
The Hotel was clean, tidy and quiet.
It was a 20 minute walk into town but fortunately it did not rain.
Ideally suited for the purpose.

Friday and Saturday Stay in Bedford

Felt unsafe, the hotel is currently under what I would class as mixed use. Council long term stay occupy a full floor. The premises smelt heavily of drugs being smoked and had this mixed use been advertised I would never have booked.

I didn’t stay and left straight away, having to find further accommodation for the night and being advised that any refund would need to be applied for via customer services. The reception team could not be faulted, but what a position to put them in as I’m sure I’m not the first customer having this conversation with them.

Definitely have lost faith in booking further hotels under the brand as this was a terrible experience.
