Parking is available at an additional cost and must be reserved in advance due to the limited number of places. The cost of renting a ground seat: 1000.00 RUB, the cost of renting a place in the underground Parking: 2000.00 RUB. In case of charging an electric car, the cost of renting an underground parking lot will be 2500.00 RUB. The number of seats is limited.
Since 06.07.2020, some changes have been introduced to the rules of operation of the spa complex at the Tsar Palace Luxury Hotel & SPA in order to improve the safety of guests:
- access to the spa complex and gym is only possible by appointment;
- the number of guests, as well as the time of stay in the spa complex are limited;
- to visit the SPA complex, guests must have rubber slippers, guests can bring them with them or purchase them at the SPA complex;
- the spa complex is open from 09:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily, and the gym is available around the clock
Parking is available upon prior request.
The cost of renting a parking space for a vehicle on the territory of the hotel is RUB 500.00 per day.
The cost of renting a parking space for a vehicle in an underground parking lot is RUB 1500.00 per day.
In case of charging an electric car, the cost of renting an underground parking will be RUB 2500.00 per day (the number of spaces is limited).
We remind you of the need to provide original documents for adults and young guests of the hotel upon check-in.
In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 18.11.2020 N 1853 "On approval of the Rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation" from January 01, 2021, children and minors can move into a hotel without parents only with the notarized consent of one of the legal representatives (parents, adoptive parents or guardians).
The security deposit for the entire period of stay in the hotel is RUB 10,000.00 for all room categories, except for the Imperial Suite* and Presidential Suite** categories.

This amount is provided upon check-in and is refunded on the day of departure from the hotel.
