This hotel is housing homeless heroin and crack addicts..violent staff and never seen a c!eaner or change of sheets in a week.. The staff are rude ignorant and violent. Witnessed the assistant manager assault a resident.

Tramps squat

The staff on the front desk area all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room - up several flights of well-illuminated stairs - was clean, spacious and comfortable. The en- suite was small but very well designed. 
The location is excellent for Paddington station and there are plenty of good places to eat close by.

Great hotel

Cheap overnight stay with a good location overlooking the sea; Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic and I had a private bathroom which was fine. Simple breakfast. I only stayed for one night!

Stay at Tudor Court Hotel

We booked here because breakfast was included in the price, but when we got down to the restaurant in the morning, the place was dark and there was no one around. So we had to go buy ourselves sandwiches instead. The mattress in the room was a joke - it was so lumpy it was impossible to sleep on. The room smelled of old, musty spaces and the windows couldn't be opened to air it. The receptionist wasn't very friendly either. During the night, when the guests in the next room came in, it was impossible to sleep because the floors squeaked loudly every time they moved.

Not booking it again

Sent here by the Swansea Bay hotel (avoid like the plague)! I walked along and showed up there at 0745 on a Sunday morning.  The place was deserted and going through to the their restaurant found a foreign waiter who then started breakfast from scratch.  Asking for "full English" I received the usual bacon, sausage, eggs etc. but the plum tomato was just taken from the tin and was stone cold, the baked beans were mildly warm, butter for the toast and tea only arrived when I was nearly through. Cannot possibly recommend this place and like a previous review I would give it "0" if I could.

Only came here because Swansea Bay hotel B&B does "not do breakfast"!

Reception!!!
Given a set of keys and told it was on the second floor and that the front door would be locked at 10.30! That's it. Had to ask for invoice and the guy didn't even say as much as welcome. 
No ask of help with bags. Customer service is everything and if service was spot on, it may have forgiven the rooms. 
Towels, dirty. Toiletries, non existing. Electrical goods, pac testing is out of date. Wires on show absolutely everywhere. 
Went to have a shower, shower door couldn't shut due to electrical heater getting in the way.
Shower itself, seems you have two options, hypothermia or melt your skin off. Towels dirty. Toilet Rolls were half used already.

Who decided to put a fake wall in and seperate the toilet and shower? Don't get it. Toilet itself, takes a million years of noise to refill.

Somebody in the hotel was smoking green, can smell that disgust every time I walked in and out.
Carpet, a million years old. The bed, ohhhhhh the bed. Hard springs like I was an infant again 😥😥

I quite liked the painting on the wall????? I'm stretching, really am. 

Might sleep in the car!!!

Good location overlooking the sea and only a short a walk into the centre.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are very basic and some have a shared bathroom.
Traffic makes it noisy at times.
If you’re looking for cheap night in Swansea then this place is great

Cheap and cheerful

Spent a couple of nights at the Tudor Court with my brother on a visit to Swansea. The hotel is situated on the main road into Swansea in a long line of hotels and guest houses. It appears to be the only one with parking spaces, which given the restrictions on parking in the area is a major bonus.

This is not an expensive hotel, and probably the wrong choice if you are looking for the lap of luxury. However, if you are realistic in your expectations you should find that it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is a reasonably large bar / lounge area next to reception, although while we were there they only had tinned beer.

The room was perfectly adequate for us, although we did book one with an ensuite bathroom. Some rooms share a communal bathroom which would not suit us. The usual facilities were available, with a flat screen TV and tea & coffee tray. The bathroom was pretty small but had a decent shower cubicle and we managed fine with it.

We paid the extra £6.50 per day for breakfast, and this was pretty decent, with juice and cereals available, and a nicely cooked full english breakfast. The staff were friendly and accommodating – special shout out to Lorna, who goes the extra mile to make your visit enjoyable.

I have seen a lot of negative reviews for this hotel, but if you accept it for what it is and don’t turn up with ridiculous expectations you should be fine. We would certainly stay there again.

Perfectly Decent Place to Stay

I was on a budget and chose to stay at this place. It is right on the beach (well there is a dual carriageway between the hotel and the sea, but hey, the sea-view is great !). I got what I paid (and more with the view). I also received very helpful and friendly staff. I would go back again when I'm on a budget.

Cheap but as expected

Have had great time in Tudor Court @ Swansea.

The location is just perfect.
